What do clients see on their end?

After doggy day care I send the rover card and it shows how many pees, poos, meals, water breaks etc. But does can the owners see the times these things happened and the times/duration of the walks. Some owners may not care, but it seems most owners have specific feeding/walking times so I want to make sure that they are getting more info than I am when they see the Rover card because the info I see is very vague and I can't click on anything :(

Hi Kelsie:

On the Rover Card, the client sees when the service starts and stops, as far as times go. They don't see what time each "event" happened during Rover card (pee, poo, water, etc), just your count of each event. Before sending on the Rover card to the client, you can review it yourself by scrolling down on your screen. So for doggy day care, you could start the Rover card at arrival, and add events during the stay, then double check for accuracy when ending the Rover card and entering a note, before hitting "send". Once the card is sent, you can't make any changes. You can review Rover cards here: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

Thanks, I guess I should start adding notes at the end tho. I wish it would just update the client in real time. I don't do doggy daycare or walking much (mostly just boarding) so I'm pretty new to the Rover card, so thanks for the help :)

I also had a little confusion with the Rover cards (guess I didn't read up on how to do ahead of time) but once I got the hang of it, love them. I really would like if they were available on an optional basis for boarding, so when we walk our boarders, it would be a nice "bonus" for the owners.

Yeah I like them, and wish there was an option for boarding. I think they would be better if they updated the owner in real time tho.
