How do i handle sending them wrong service?

I made a mistake and sent a confirmation request, they accepted it but it was meant to be a check-in, not boarding. So they paid 10 dollars more a day What should i do? I messaged rover, and im worried about this

There's nothing to be worried about. Since you've already messaged Rover, they can correct the booking and send a refund to the client. In the meantime, tell the client that you've initiated a change and they will be getting a refund for the difference.

You can also cancel the booking https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar... And ask the client to send a new correct booking request
