“This was my first time using rover and I was nervous about it at first. But my experience with Rachel was phenomenal! Rachel came to my home a few times during our vacation to look after out cat Eevee. Rachel topped up her food, gave her fresh water, cleaned out the litter box, and managed to play and pet with Eevee. Rachel even came over before we left to go over everything and to meet Eevee, which I really appreciate! It was nice to come home to a clean house and a happy cat. About: I have taken care of a variety of pets my whole life as well as taking care of others. I have owned two dogs, 2 hamsters, a rabbit and many fish. About: Hi! I’m an experienced and reliable dog lover with hands-on experience working at a kennel, daycare, boarding facility, and breeder. I am also in school studying veterinary medicine!! I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and ages — from giant Irish Wolfhounds to tiny newborn puppies. I also have experience helping train new litters and working with dogs that need extra patience and behavioural support. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority, and I’ll care for them like they’re my own! I’m currently off school for the summer, which gives me lots of flexibility and availability for pet care! I also work a part-time job, but my schedule is very manageable and I still have plenty of time to dedicate to walks, drop-ins, daycare, etc; as long as I have some notice. I’m happy to work with your schedule and make sure your pets get the attention and care they deserve! At the moment I’m unable to offer boarding or care in my own home, but I’m more than happy to travel to clients’ homes for walks, drop-ins and, daycare. I want pets to feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible in their own environment!

About: I've had the privilege of growing up with dogs since I was little, so their day to day needs come naturally to me. Around 10 years old I took my love for animals to a new level by beginning to walk dogs in my neighborhood. The families that I worked for trusted me to care for their fur babies and I loved each of them as if they were my own. Over the years I have worked with a variety of dogs, small and large breeds, sweet & easy going dogs, reactive / more difficult dogs, and rescue as well. At the age of 21 I began working at a veterinary clinic and currently still work within the industry. Caring for animals is part of both my personal and professional life. I currently work full-time in a veterinary clinic and love spending my free time caring for pets as well (my own dog included!). I'm currrently available for evening drop-ins during the week and dog walks or additional care on the weekends! I have a large, fenced in yard and a home that your dog is free to explore while visiting. I have taken my pets to professional trainers, and have an understanding about behaviors, socializing and proper care for my pets. I have a 14 year old beagle and 18 month old Pressa/Border Collie who love to play. I currently work from home most of the week and will have time to care for your dog during the workday/evening or weekends that I am home. Whatever fits you and your pet’s needs the best! I am typically occupied between the hours of 11am and 5pm but can take home days as I please. Some evenings and weekends may be occupied, but are manageable with advance notice! I currently have a high energy Coonhound Lab mix. She gets walked at least 3 times a day for a minimum of 15-20 minutes, and upwards of 2 hours (at least once a day or every other day). She eats when her humans are home or she’s burned a bunch of energy. She is so loved, and loves to cuddle with us. She gets to roam out in the backyard as she pleases, and grazes the grass like a little bovine! Your pet will be treated no less than the best. I’m happy to cater to their specific needs in whatever ways I can possibly muster! Food, exercise, treats, regiment, etc I want make the best of our time together!

About: I’ve had dogs for 20+ years, while I lived with my parents we fostered Australian shepherds and in 2015 I adopted one of our fosters. Her name is Olive. As well I have a cat and his name is Korin. I love having animals at home with our kids. I’m currently on maternity leave so my schedule is quite flexible. My son starts school from 8-12 so anything outside drop off and pick up times are the best for me and the baby I have a lovely fenced in yard for my girl, I love playing with our animals and lots of snuggles are always had in our home.
