“Natalie was fantastic! She was always very prompt with her updates on our 2 kitties, sent pics of everything she did, and even bonded with our shy kitty on the last day :) Absolutely recommend!”
“Deborah-Lynn is a wonderful sitter! She is so great with my anxious dog and makes the most out of her time with him. She is extremely communicative both before, during and after her visit. I would highly recommend and will be booking again!”

“Appreciate Sonny visiting and walking our 2 dogs today. She was conscientious of checking in as too where to leave the pet waste after their walk. She came to meet & greet us ahead of time which gave me reassurance the boys would be comfortable greeting her, and breaking up the extended time we were away with a visit and some exercise. our extended absence. Thanks Sonny.”

“Dave kindly accommodated a last minute request today. Sounds like they enjoyed a playful visit, and even got them outside on a wet yucky day. Nice comments and observations shared about their interactions together. Was good to know Dave was there to drop in when our guys are used to having someone around most days, which broke up their long time alone in the house.”

“Kira is dependable, visits when she says she will, and looks after our cat with lots of affection. We’ve had Kira look after our cat before and will do so again when we need someone.”

“Melissa was clear and transparent about availability when making plans for her to drop in to care for our cat. She asked lots of questions and sent pictures with updates. She messaged us after we got home to make sure everything was ok. Our cat loved having her visit, thanks Melissa for caring for her like your own!”

About: Dog lover through and through. Life hasn’t been the same since we lost our beloved 18-year-old Bichon a few months ago. Caring for her from puppyhood all the way through her senior years, including providing the extra patience and attention older dogs need, gave me hands-on experience with every stage of a dog’s life. My love for animals started long before that. When I was younger, I volunteered at local pet shelters where I helped walk dogs and clean the cats’ room. Being around animals has always come naturally to me, and I’ve always gravitated toward them. Over the years, I’ve also cared for many friends’ and family members’ pets, giving them the same love, attention, and reliability I gave my own dog. I truly understand that pets are family members, and when they’re in my care, their safety, comfort, and happiness always come first. Honestly, if you can’t find me at a house party, chances are I’m wherever the pet is. Spending time with animals is simply where I’m happiest, and I’ll treat your pet with the same kindness, patience, and affection as my own. I work full-time remotely from home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and be present throughout the day. Because I’m home most of the time, your pet will receive plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship. Whether you need care during the workweek while you’re at the office, regular walks, drop-in visits, or someone to look after your furry friend while you’re away for a weekend, I’m happy to work with your schedule and accommodate your pet’s routine as much as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to me. My home is quiet and calm, with no kids or other pets, which can be a great environment for animals who enjoy a peaceful space and lots of attention. Since I work remotely from home, I’m around throughout the day to keep your pet company and make sure they’re well cared for. They won’t be left alone for long and will always have someone nearby. While I don’t currently have a fenced backyard, I live in a quiet residential neighborhood that’s great for safe walks. I’m always careful when outdoors and make sure pets are secure and comfortable at all times.
About: I have several years of hands-on experience caring for animals and understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities. I currently care for my own cats, which has given me strong experience with feeding routines, litter care, playtime, and recognizing changes in behavior or health. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, adult pets, and senior animals, and I’m patient with pets who may be shy, anxious, or adjusting to a new routine while their owners are away. I can help reinforce basic puppy training habits like consistency with routines, positive reinforcement, and structured walks. I’m also attentive to senior pet care, making sure older pets are comfortable, sticking closely to their routines, and providing gentle care and extra patience when needed. What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give to every pet. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. I’m very patient, observant, and communicative, and I make sure pet parents receive regular updates and photos so they know their pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is always to provide a calm, safe environment where pets feel loved and owners feel completely at ease. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I work from home overnight, which means my days are very open and flexible. Because of this schedule, I’m able to give pets consistent attention and care throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, playtime, and companionship, and I make sure pets get plenty of attention and supervision while their owners are away. My flexible daytime schedule allows me to adapt to your pet’s normal routine, helping them stay comfortable and stress-free. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I make sure to follow their normal routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions. Keeping pets in a familiar routine helps them feel calm and secure while their owner is away. I’m very attentive and observant, making sure pets are always supervised and in a safe environment. I’m also careful about doors, gates, and outdoor safety during walks to ensure pets stay secure at all times. Communication is very important to me, so I always send regular updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and feel reassured while you’re away. Because I work from home overnight, my daytime schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day.
“Emma is great with my dogs, always sends pictures and updates me on how the visit went. She is very responsive on the app and was always willing to work with me around my schedule that changes often. I would give her 10 stars if I could :)”

“Sarah is so great with our fur baby! He gets so excited to see her. Sarah made herself available for two full day drop ins with short notice, and made sure our Charlie got out for multiple walks and got lots of snuggles. Thank you again Sarah!”

“Ze Lin is very thorough and reliable. She arrived on time and sent detailed updates during every visit. She’s an expert in playing with cats and my kitties absolutely enjoyed her company. I received lots of cute photos and videos. And she even helped taking care of my beta fish! I highly recommend booking with Ze Lin to have peace of mind when you are out of town ☺️”

About: I had a family dog that I helped take care of throughout my whole childhood, and my wife and I now have two kittens of our own! I have learned a lot about pet health, feeding and medicine administration from my wife as she is in veterinary school and works at a veterinary clinic. We have had a rover account through her name for the past couple of years so I have a large amount of experience with all types of pets, cat or dog, big or small. I am a grade 7/8 teacher in the Waterloo Region, so I have a lot of time during the summers that I am hoping to fill up with caring for pets. I also plan to continue doing this as a side gig while I continue my teaching career. I have experience playing with my two kittens in my apartment and I love it! I can play with your dogs or cats inside or outside- however they prefer. I have lots of experience with dog walking as well.
“Soph has been amazing with checking in on my cats during my extended trip. She was always available when I had questions and the photo and video updates definitely did help during the time away. She was very good with making my cats comfortable during her visits. Thanks Soph!!”
About: Hi, I’m Alex! I’ve been caring for dogs, especially Border Collies, since 2007 and have built a deep understanding of their personalities and needs. Growing up, I spent countless hours walking my dog, exploring trails, and using those walks as a peaceful escape. This connection to nature and animals has fueled my lifelong love for dogs of all breeds. When my Border Collie became a senior, I was her primary caretaker. From carrying her up and down stairs when she needed help to spending quality one-on-one time with her, I learned how to adapt to a dog’s unique needs at every stage of life. Currently, I live with two family dogs, Skye and Piper, and my cat, Lulu, which has given me even more experience with multi-pet households. I’m very mindful of dog behavior and body language, ensuring they always feel comfortable and safe. Having had dogs that weren’t always social with others, I’m skilled at managing walks and being aware of our surroundings. I always work on a dog’s terms, respecting their boundaries, and letting them come to me when they’re ready. Whether it’s a high-energy pup needing an adventure or a senior dog needing gentle care, I’m here to provide tailored attention and love for your furry friend. I can’t wait to meet your dog and learn more about their personality and preferences! I currently feed and walk my two border collies and cat everyday. My cat likes to come along in her carrier backpack for our daily walks. And of course I give them treats when they are demanded (in moderation). I will talk with my pets whenever they come into the room. Since I have border collies we are constantly playing with the toys, both inside and outside.
“Madeline was an amazing cat sitter! She took such great care of our cats while we were away—sending regular updates, photos, and making sure everything was just right. It was such a relief knowing our cats were in such caring and capable hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful sitter!”

“Behnaz responds quickly, and clearly has a love of animals, with the added bonus of being a vet before moving to Canada. She has been patient and understanding about our rescue dog’s poor leash skills and reactivity towards other dogs.”

“We had Bri let my dog and my cousins dog out during our wedding. She came by earlier in the week to get the lowdown and we were very pleased with her service. The dogs got to play outside and eat. We’ll definitely reach out to Bri in the future :)”
About: I've had dogs my whole life but now live in an apartment and would love to get my pet fix through here :) I've walked dogs and done overnight stays as well. unfortunately current livivgarrangement prohibits pets. I'm a retired and energetic woman that is available most days and nights. I would love to fill my days with walks and playing with animals :) I go on long walks everyday and I would love to have some company for the walks. I'm comfortable having a dog in the bed or in a crate if you're more comfortable.
