About: I had a family dog that I helped take care of throughout my whole childhood, and my wife and I now have two kittens of our own! I have learned a lot about pet health, feeding and medicine administration from my wife as she is in veterinary school and works at a veterinary clinic. We have had a rover account through her name for the past couple of years so I have a large amount of experience with all types of pets, cat or dog, big or small. I am a grade 7/8 teacher in the Waterloo Region, so I have a lot of time during the summers that I am hoping to fill up with caring for pets. I also plan to continue doing this as a side gig while I continue my teaching career. I have experience playing with my two kittens in my apartment and I love it! About: I've had dogs my whole life but now live in an apartment and would love to get my pet fix through here :) I've walked dogs and done overnight stays as well. unfortunately current livivgarrangement prohibits pets. I'm a retired and energetic woman that is available most days and nights. I would love to fill my days with walks and playing with animals :) I go on long walks everyday and I would love to have some company for the walks. “I am so lucky that I found Jayson. Our dog is usually shy at first, but she clicked with Jayson. He is kind, caring and I feel so relieved when she is with him for doggy daycare. Jayson responds very quickly and communicates very clearly. His dog, Arnold has made our girl feel comfortable, which is amazing, as she can be apprehensive at times. Jayson will provide lots of photos during the day and keeps me updated on her walks (or hangouts in the backyard when it is too hot). His photos are always accompanied by a text, telling me how she is doing, how her walk was, when she had dinner, etc. I love that Jayson always gives off a calm and happy demeanor, because it not only makes our dog comfortable, but I do not worry at all about her while she is there. About: I have been a pet parent all of my life. I grew up on a farm with every sort of animal. My parents bred Dachshunds and American Eskimos. Currently, I am mom to a rescued Frenchie girl with a heart murmur. She has a Grade 3 of 6 heart murmur which makes me especially familiar with special needs animals. Being a Frenchie mom also means that I am aware of the special needs of Brachycephalic dog breeds (especially during the hot summer months). I worked in a privately owned holistic pet store for more than four years helping customers find the right food, treats and remedies for their fur babies. Seeing the transformation of the fur baby and the happiness that it brought to their pet parent ❤️ I also fostered for Niagara Dog Rescue for a brief period before finding my forever girls. Post walk paw cleaning, face fold cleaning, special post walk treats... Clean water from a freshly washed bowl. Whatever your pup needs will be done. I practice Cesar Millan's techniques and am a calm and confident walker. However; I also know how super important it is for pups to have the opportunity for enrichment through sniffing. All dogs are the cute, cuddle kind. I can't wait to meet yours! I'm home full time other than when walking or checking on fur friends. About: I have hands-on experience caring for and helping train a Belgian Malinois, a highly intelligent and high-energy breed that requires consistency, patience, and structure. This taught me how to read dog behavior, reinforce good habits, and stay calm in different situations. Growing up, I wasn’t allowed to have my own pets, so I spent years caring for dogs and animals for neighbours and cousins. That experience built my love for animals and made me very attentive, gentle, and responsible. I treat every pet like they’re my own and focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'm currently in school but take my courses online and don't have a job so I will have plenty of time to take care of dogs! I prioritize safety, routine, and making pets feel comfortable in any environment. I live in an apartment that is clean, calm, and pet-friendly, and I always make sure the space is secure and free of anything harmful. Right behind my apartment, there’s a large open field as well as a park where many dogs go to play, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and stimulation. I always supervise outdoor time closely and follow your dog’s specific needs, whether that’s playtime, structured walks, or a calmer routine. In a client’s home, I respect your space and stick closely to your pet’s usual schedule to keep them feeling safe and stress-free.
About: I grew up with animals around me while growing up on a farm. I love them, I respect their space and boundaries, and I always try to make them feel comfortable and loved ❤️ Available 7 days a week. Very flexible schedule even on the weekends. I typically spend my day taking care of my 3 cats with varying needs. I will respect your home and do my best to keep it clean and tidy while I’m there. I’ll make sure your pet is comforable, with plenty of play and exercise! I’ll make sure to clean food and water bowls, clean up their waste areas (litterboxes, pee pads, etc.), and give many cuddles if they're comfortable with me!
About: I've had dogs my whole life but now live in an apartment and would love to get my pet fix through here :) I've walked dogs and done overnight stays as well. unfortunately current livivgarrangement prohibits pets. I'm a retired and energetic woman that is available most days and nights. I would love to fill my days with walks and playing with animals :) I go on long walks everyday and I would love to have some company for the walks. I'm comfortable having a dog in the bed or in a crate if you're more comfortable.
