About: I had a family dog that I helped take care of throughout my whole childhood, and my wife and I now have two kittens of our own! I have learned a lot about pet health, feeding and medicine administration from my wife as she is in veterinary school and works at a veterinary clinic. We have had a rover account through her name for the past couple of years so I have a large amount of experience with all types of pets, cat or dog, big or small. I am a grade 7/8 teacher in the Waterloo Region, so I have a lot of time during the summers that I am hoping to fill up with caring for pets. About: I've been around dogs since day 1. Had dogs of every shape and size. I have worked in grooming, pet retail and have volunteered at vet clinics. I have always done pet care. For all of my pets since I was a kid. Wake and breath animals. For my dogs, and cats I alway make sure everyone gets what they need, even when I'm not feeling up to anything that day. I care for my pets like they are my children but thats common now! My whole day is focused around them. Making sure they get everything they need mentally and physically. About: I've had dogs my whole life but now live in an apartment and would love to get my pet fix through here :) I've walked dogs and done overnight stays as well. unfortunately current livivgarrangement prohibits pets. I'm a retired and energetic woman that is available most days and nights. I would love to fill my days with walks and playing with animals :) I go on long walks everyday and I would love to have some company for the walks. I'm comfortable having a dog in the bed or in a crate if you're more comfortable.
