About: Hi, I’m Alex! I’ve been caring for dogs, especially Border Collies, since 2007 and have built a deep understanding of their personalities and needs. Growing up, I spent countless hours walking my dog, exploring trails, and using those walks as a peaceful escape. This connection to nature and animals has fueled my lifelong love for dogs of all breeds. When my Border Collie became a senior, I was her primary caretaker. From carrying her up and down stairs when she needed help to spending quality one-on-one time with her, I learned how to adapt to a dog’s unique needs at every stage of life. Currently, I live with two family dogs, Skye and Piper, and my cat, Lulu, which has given me even more experience with multi-pet households. I’m very mindful of dog behavior and body language, ensuring they always feel comfortable and safe. Having had dogs that weren’t always social with others, I’m skilled at managing walks and being aware of our surroundings. I always work on a dog’s terms, respecting their boundaries, and letting them come to me when they’re ready. Whether it’s a high-energy pup needing an adventure or a senior dog needing gentle care, I’m here to provide tailored attention and love for your furry friend. I can’t wait to meet your dog and learn more about their personality and preferences! I currently feed and walk my two border collies and cat everyday. My cat likes to come along in her carrier backpack for our daily walks. And of course I give them treats when they are demanded (in moderation). I will talk with my pets whenever they come into the room. Since I have border collies we are constantly playing with the toys, both inside and outside.

She maintained the house and litter box and fed them with care in our absence. About: I had a family dog that I helped take care of throughout my whole childhood, and my wife and I now have two kittens of our own! I have learned a lot about pet health, feeding and medicine administration from my wife as she is in veterinary school and works at a veterinary clinic. We have had a rover account through her name for the past couple of years so I have a large amount of experience with all types of pets, cat or dog, big or small. I am a grade 7/8 teacher in the Waterloo Region, so I have a lot of time during the summers that I am hoping to fill up with caring for pets. I can play with your dogs or cats inside or outside- however they prefer. I have lots of experience with dog walking as well.

About: I've had dogs my whole life but now live in an apartment and would love to get my pet fix through here :) I've walked dogs and done overnight stays as well. unfortunately current livivgarrangement prohibits pets. I'm a retired and energetic woman that is available most days and nights. I would love to fill my days with walks and playing with animals :) I go on long walks everyday and I would love to have some company for the walks. I'm comfortable having a dog in the bed or in a crate if you're more comfortable.
