About: With over 30 years of animal care experience, 13 years working as a vet tech and 4 years experience as a reiki master- I have a wealth of knowledge of many animals. The veterinary hospital I worked at was a very busy clinic and I was also the manager of a wildlife rehab. This experience has given me a strong ability to handle all situations. It’s also given me a wealth of knowledge with animals, both medically and behavioural. I have always been highly intuitive with animals and have rescued, fostered and assisted many, many animals over the span of my life. I have experience from bottle feeding newborns, to caring for our elderly companions and all in between. Your dear companion will always be in the very best care with me, as the well being of animals is an absolute passion and purpose for me. After taking off a couple years to care for my family, I am ready to get back to flexible and open schedule. Depending on the individual needs of each client, I have open days. At times - I do have my two young children with me (but this will depend on the animal). My children are experienced with, and love animals. I genuinely enjoy spending my time with animals and cater to each individual’s personal needs. I understand that each individual pet and owner will have their own requests and needs. I offer a safe and reliable transportation with my vehicle to venture to forests and parks as needed. I enjoy the outdoors and if that is in the best interest of the pet, we will have a lot of outdoor activities.

About: I’ve loved animals my whole life and have been around pets since childhood. My fiancé and I have spent lots of time caring for dogs—our own pets and also babysitting our family dogs. I always give lots of attention, cuddles (if they like them!), and make sure they have plenty of enrichment and calm time too. We live on a quiet, peaceful street—perfect for dogs who enjoy calm surroundings. There are also beautiful walking trails all around our neighborhood that dogs absolutely love, and Elgin Park is right across the street—great for outdoor time, sniffing adventures, and extra exercise!

House Sitting: My standard house sitting rate covers daytime care in your home, with the ability to leave during the day. This is ideal for pets who are comfortable with some independent time during the day. Standard House Sitting includes: - Evening and morning potty breaks - 2–3 walks per day - 2 Feedings ( per your schedule) - 4-8 Hrs Overnight Care: Standard overnight care includes evening, overnight, and morning care. **For stays requiring overnight or 24/7 care (extended daytime care hours, more frequent walks, or medical monitoring) these are considered Constant Care. Constant Care is priced separately from my standard House Sitting rate which will be reflected through a custom price adjustment. I am happy to discuss these requests in advance to ensure your dog’s needs are met safely and comfortably while staying in their familiar home environment. I will follow any special instructions or routines you provide, whether it’s specific walks, feeding preferences, or comfort measures, to ensure your pet feels safe and secure while you’re away. I live with my partner, who is also an animal lover, though I am the primary caregiver for all bookings.

About: I have over 15 years of experience when it comes to pet care, including but not limited to: puppy behavioural training, extensive experience delivering pet medication, experience tending to animals with skin conditions or wounds, experience with very picky or moody dogs, experience with basic grooming techniques( bathing, brushing coat/hair, brushing teeth, clipping claws, etc.), extensive experience with elderly dog care(deaf, blind, dogs with arthritis, or are just slowing down from old age), and animals who are a bit picky or sassy at times. I also have experience caring for many other animals such as: cats, fish, turtles, lizards, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats and mice, hedgehogs, hermit crabs, birds, etc… At the moment I am a full time student at Durham College.
