We’ve had experience looking after all sizes - ranging from a hyperactive 10lbs Jack Russel to a lazy 100lbs mastiff. We love dogs and spending time in the outdoors but aren’t quite ready to get our own puppy with upcoming travel this summer, so boarding dogs in our home is the next best thing. Trevor works shift work and is often home throughout the day during the week and Emily works a mix of in-office and home making for a flexible schedule. We are selective about the dogs we board with us and have a robust set of questions for owners prior to agreeing to the sit, including a home visit. It’s imperative to us that we know as much as we can about your dog to ensure we are the right boarders for them. We do not take dogs from multiple households at one time but will take up to 3 dogs from one household, depending on their size. A dog needs a walk every morning and evening along with mental enrichment. Our schedules would be flexed around care for the dogs we’re looking after. We both have experience owning and caring for cats, puppies, high energy dogs, and senior dogs so we’re very easily adaptable to a routine that suits your pets needs. We only offer boarding services in our home and we require a meet and greet and for you to bring your dog to our home for a visit before we agree to boarding - your dog needs to have met us and feel safe in a new environment while you’re away. We have a fenced yard and are flexible around your dogs needs - whether you have a high energy herding breed that needs 2.5 hours of exercise per day or a senior dog that likes a 15 minute “sniff walk” around the block.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and other animals ever since I was 11. I’ve pet sat for friends, family and neighbours including basic care needs such as walking, feeding and playing and I have experience administering medication to special needs and senior dogs and cats I’m currently working part time, usually only 1 day a week, so I have lots of time to care for and play with your pups! About: I have two cats of my own currently and have fostered a feral cat for 6 months in the past. Experienced with administering pills and medication daily. I am currently working full time remote. Available for early morning/lunch time/evening drop ins every week day. More flexible availability on weekends and with 1 day advance notice. I don’t offer in-home sitting (at my place) at this time but will abide by any safety measures/necessary precautions at your home to ensure your pet’s wellbeing.

If voluntary time off is available at 3 PM, I can leave work then and arrive shortly after if a client needs care on Wednesday. My dad is allergic, so dogs can’t enter my home.
