“Lynda and John were superb in taking care of Kopiko! They have backyard where my energetic dog played. They’ve been patient with my dog too and tried to engage him through treats and commands. Kopiko was super sleepy on his way home! A day well spent! Thank you both 😌”

“Kathy made the transition for me so easy as I was nervous to use Rover for the first time. We would love to have Kathy again, she sent me pictures and took my pup for a walk. I felt so comfortable, and Henwen seemed to enjoy his visit because he was nice and relaxed when we got home. Thank you Kathy ♥️”

About: I prefer to care for dogs as if they were my pets which means individualized attention to your pet. I've had my own dogs and cats for 10 years and often look after my relatives' and friends' pets while they are away. I work from home online and would really enjoy spending time with your lovely pet. I love pets very much, so I will be happy to help take care of yours ))) I'd love to walk your dog by the lake near my house. Or we can play at my apartment. I don't have any pets of my own right now

“Bruno is going to Jenny for a while now and he enjoys his time to the fullest. She is our go to person if we need any kind of help with Bruno”

“Tammy was great. She took Cocoa at the last minute and saved my day! Tammy is very flexible on drop-off and pick-up time. Very easy to communicate with. Cocoa had a great day with Tammy and her two dog. Usually, Cocoa became very excited after a a day of daycare at those other facilities where always hosting more than 10 dogs, but after a day with Tammy, Cocoa was still at her regular excitement level. Cocoa is still working on her “separation anxiety” which normally shows no appetite when I am away. Tammy was worried but it was Cocoa’s “dognality”. Cocoa finished her food and passed out right away coming home. She surely had a wonderful day with Tammy. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family bred Shih Tzus and kept other dogs, notably St. Bernards and a Blue Heeler. We’ve purchased, adopted and rescued dogs throughout our dog-owning years. I’m familiar with keeping dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages and backgrounds. While not a dog owner now, I am a proud dog-uncle to a number of friends’ dogs. I’m excited to get to know more furry friends! I’m a teacher, so Sept. to June I work M-F from 8:30-4:00. I’m also a Master’s student throughout the year. In the summer, I’m very flexible and usually only have to work around one or two classes. I absolutely adore early mornings and love going on walks throughout the day. I have a fenced backyard and a good-sized house clear of clutter. I have a number of flower beds and plants inside, but all are pet friendly as I have two cats. Both cats have experience with dogs and have no issues with them! My wife (who has just as much pet experience as I do) works from home, so there’s always more than one person to deal with any situation that might come up!

“Bruno had a great time with Nesh.”

About: What sets me apart? It's my genuine love for animals and my ability to connect with each pet's unique personality. I’m not just a sitter; I’m a lifelong dog enthusiast with hands-on experience in everything from puppy training to senior care. Neighbours, friends, and family have trusted me to care for their furbabies, whether it’s walking, feeding, or giving them a good bath. With seven furbabies of my own, I understand the importance of routine, love, and giving every dog the attention they deserve, I’m all in! I'm experienced with puppies who need extra playtime and attention or teaching new tricks, as well as senior dogs who require gentle care, comfort and patience. I personalize my care to meet each dog's unique needs. I’ve learned the art of creating a safe, fun, and engaging space where every dog feels at home. My goal is to ensure every dog feels loved, comfortable and well-cared for while their owners are away. My background in pet care is both hands-on and heartfelt, making me a standout choice for your furry friends. I’m currently working from home, so I’m all set to take care of your furbabies with extra playtime and cuddles! I’m available for boarding on weekends and after 3 pm on weekdays. Let’s make your pets’ days full of fun and love! In our home, your furbaby will enjoy the best of both worlds: a spacious, fenced yard for fun and exploration, plus the company of my friendly dog who’s always up for a playdate. If crating is needed, I handle it with care and comfort to make sure your furbaby feels secure. Whether it’s playtime or nap time, I’ve got it covered with love and attention!
