“I will be booking these sitters whenever I travel. My little Yorkie had a strange life before I adopted her recently. She is scared of everything, became glued to my hip the moment I got her, and hadn’t lived a normal dog life. She is afraid to trust others. I hated to have to take her from her new home so soon and leave her with someone else. But Pratheeksha and Nilaykumar were fantastic! Extremely patient as she slowly warmed up to them. They sent me pictures and notes frequently so I could see she was doing well. I was only gone two days and while she was excited to see me, she clearly had enjoyed her stay. She hates my car because every time she gets in it she has new scary experiences - vets and going to strangers homes. I knew she had been happy with her stay because her excitement at seeing me was short-lived when she realized we were getting in my car. She turned right around and ran back up the steps preferring to stay with her new friends rather than face the unknown horrors the car could bring! 😁 Fortunately for her - the trip was straight home. And as soon as her belongings were back in their places, she quickly returned to trusting me. So I knew her time away had been good. (And full of the one on one attention she needs!)”

About: I've been looking after pets for over 2 decades. For family, friends and others. I am a former vet tech for 15 years I have 2 of my own dogs. I work from home so I am here all day. I am able to let the dogs out multiple times a day in my fully fenced backyard I love sitting and cuddling and giving attention. My fully fenced backyard ensures that no dog gets out of the yard. About: Hi there, I’m Murph! I have 15 years of experience taking care of cats, dogs, rats, and even chickens. Over the last 3 years I have become the designated go-to sitter to many different pets in my neighbourhood. When anyone comes to me in need of a pet sitter, both short term and long term, I’m quick to spring into action and open my doors to their furry friends. Throughout the years I have personally had pets with medical conditions from severe anxiety in dogs and cats, common lung infections in rats, and epilepsy in senior dogs— so I do have experience with different medical emergencies and medication administration. That being said, if your furry friends need care I do not have personal experience with I am more than willing to learn, and to learn quickly! I’m also open to going to an outdoor rink to throw a ball around if that’s something you would like me to do!

I can accommodate a variety of needs—dogs can be safely crated if preferred, or enjoy supervised time outdoors on clean, well-maintained artificial turf. In addition to the main yard, I also have crates available and a separate outdoor dog run for added flexibility and safety.
