Please note: while I am experienced with behavioural challenges, I do not accept dogs with a history of aggression or biting. This is to ensure the safety of all dogs in my care, as well as my young child at home. For safety, all boarding dogs must be crate trained and comfortable with overnight crating. About: I am a former dog owner of an 18 year old Cockapoo I lost 1,5 years ago. Prior to this I cared for my 19 year old Spaniel/terrier. In addition, I am listed on Trusted House sitters as a Five star House/pet sitter. My last girl, I took care of her in Pallative state, administering, meds, special allergy bathing , going to the Vet for fluids and other treatments. Carry her down the deck stairs for her potty time when her ability was no longer there to climb up and down stairs etc. I had both of my dogs as a puppy and trained them with some dog trainers and my own training. I still have bedding, dishes, wire and mesh crate, toys! I am retired, I have some spare time depending on some days between appointments and trips into Ottawa. I would be more available during the day and early evenings I have a fenced yard, with plenty of grass down below the deck area. I am close to walking trails and sidewalks outside of my home. I do have a wired and mesh crate. I may administer some oral medication. Walk, feed, give lots of love, hugs and attention to your fur baby!

About: I'm 22, I've had animals my entire existence including reptiles. I live on 4 acres of mostly fenced in yard for your babies to run around. I'm flexible on anything you need for your babies. About: I’ve been showing dogs since the age of six, which has taught me how to handle different breeds of all ages and sizes. Outside the show ring I take on grooming; ex. trimming coats, nails and cleaning ears. I’m a lover of all dog breeds and would love to take care of your pup, whether it be through walking them or checking in while you’re away. I am a University student home for the summer. Although I work from 12:30-6pm Tuesday-Friday and 10-3pm Saturdays, I’m happy to care for your pet the rest of the day. Walks help get myself and your dog active while drop-ins help to relax and unwind from daily stress. Puppies; I have taken care of many puppies who have gone through all stages, and am well aware of the importance of the person and environment they are raised around. Due to this, I will gladly offer light training on the side (ie. preventing biting and jumping up) without additional fees but I understand if this is not necessary. Majority of visits will focus on play and working your pup’s mind to prevent under stimulation. Middle age; Visits will focus around both play and rest, the ratio varying on the breed. I will gladly play with any dog as well as ensuring they are calmed down before I leave to prevent frustration. Seniors; As someone with an old girl myself, I greatly understand the struggles of administering medications and the work that goes in to owning a veteran. I understand a plethora of massage techniques and will gladly help relieve any muscle pain your dog my experience without additional fees. In terms pf activity level, I will adjust depending on the dog, although with older ones I will be consistently watching to ensure they don’t stress their joints.

About: I've had dogs for the last 20 years, usually with four in the house at a time. We've had a Shih-tzu, three Jack-Shih-tzus, a Great Pyrenees, and now a solo Maltie-Poo named Dozer. Every dog I meet is a new friend, and I have to admit that I knew the names of all the dogs in my last neighborhood, and like maybe three of the owners names. Happy to walk active dogs that need long walks. Other animals: I've also taken care of farm animals. Dairy cows and calves, and feeding chickens and putting them in for the night. I've kept both freshwater and marine tanks and can check up on your fish or your reef while you're away. No worrying about your niece or nephew dumping a whole container of bug bites into the tank while you're gone and causing an ammonia spike. I have a flexible schedule and am in between writing contracts at the moment so have lots of time available for scheduling check-ins and walks for local puppers. I can check-on and feed pets as needed, dispense necessary meds, walk them from your home, or load them in the car and take them to the Cataraqui Trail for longer walks / more active dogs.

About: My previous Doggo had epilepsy for 9 years before he passed, and was on an array of medications. I am extremely comfortable with administrating medications and following strict scheduled for medications/feedings. Ive also had cats for 4 years, so I am comfortable with the cat litter, playing, petting, cuddles. All my dogs have been 80+ lbs, so no issues with big breeds, for playing or walking. Also very comfortable with smaller dog breeds. I am an animal lover who is ready to be of assistance to you and your furry loved one. I will also provide updates/pictures so you know your fur-friend is in good hands! I currently work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, and am off on the weekends. I am always free on weekends and after 5pm during the week. I can also move my schedule around during the weekdays to accommodate your needs! I am confident with dog walking and hold a no-judgment mentality. That being said, I will come to your home no judgments, no questions asked.
