“This was our first time using Rover. It's hard to put into words how grateful we are for Trisha K. She scheduled a meet and greet prior to her watching our dogs. We loved the fenced in yard. She watched our two dogs for two weeks. The older of the two dogs, Fritz, had just had a biopsy taken of a lump on his foot a few days before we left for the holidays. He ended up needing the lump removed the day before Christmas, while we were out of town and Trisha arranged his visits at the vets and brought him to the vets office every other day for bandage changes. She was very attentive to our dogs and sent pictures and videos daily. Excellent communication. And, she has messaged me to check in and see how Fritz is doing since we have returned home.”

About: I've had a pet for as long as I can remember. I'm now the proud owner of 2 cats and often help my mom take care of her 2 labs when she is out of town. I am good with daily care, play, and feeding for all breeds of cats and dogs. I am good with daily walks for dogs. I am especially good at bonding with cats, so if you need a cat sitter, I'm your guy! I work as a full time high school teacher. I am available before 8am and after 2:30pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends to care for your pets, while of course maintaining time to care for my own two cats as well. When I come by, I let the dogs out, refresh any water dishes, feed the pets according to your schedule, scoop any litter boxes, and spend some time with your pets. For dogs, I will take them for a walk around the neighbourhood and spend some time with them outside playing. For cats, I make sure they are behaving normally and spend some time just hanging out and letting them come to me. Regardless of the species, I will be spending time with them to make sure they are not feeling too lonely.

Josie followed all my instructions and was in contact with me throughout her visits. I had installed two indoor cameras to watch my cat and used them to converse with Josie while I was away, I could see she really tried to get my cat to play and interact with her, even if my cat wasn't super interested in playing. While I no longer offer boarding services, I am available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and occasional house sitting. My goal is to provide reliable, attentive care and plenty of love, play, and companionship so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. FYI: I do work a regular 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday schedule that does not allow me to provide check-ins, or walks during working hours. I live in a house in a central part of the city with a partially-fenced in backyard with lots of space to roam and play around in.
