About: Hey there! I’m Deanna — animal lover, treat‑giver, walk‑enthusiast, and certified “yes I talk to pets like they’re tiny hairy humans” person. 😄 I’ve had animals my whole life and have looked after pets with all sorts of medical needs. Giving meds? No problem. Special routines? I’m on it. Noticing when your pet is acting a little off? It’s basically my superpower. I’ve raised two puppies from 9 weeks old, so I know all about zoomies, chaos, snuggles, and the “why are you chewing that??” moments. I also adore senior pets — slow walks, soft voices, and gentle care are my jam. I’m pretty active, so if your dog wants adventures, I’m ready. If they prefer couch hangs and snacks… honestly, same. I work part‑time, which means I’ve got flexible availability on weekdays + weekends. I’m also open to overnight stays and weekend pet‑sitting if you need a little getaway. At home I’ve got two cats who are very chill with dogs as long as the dogs aren’t plotting to chase them. For everyone’s safety, I do ask that visiting pets are up to date on flea and tick prevention — gotta keep my furry roommates itch‑free. Your pet will be loved, spoiled, and treated like family. Can’t wait to meet your furry sidekick! 🐶🐱💛 I am currently working part time and have open hours to support your pet(s) weekdays and weekends. I am open to over night stays and weekend work. I have 2 cats who are okay with dogs as long as they don't have a prey drive and chase. I would require the pets coming in to have updated flea and tick to protect my babies.

About: Hi, I’m Jess! I have 9.5 years of professional dog care experience, including daycares, structured on-leash group walks, off-leash park play, boarding, and housesitting. Raised on a farm, I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and share my home with two resident cats. I am incredibly comfortable with all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, from puppies and seniors to special needs. I'm trained in dog reactivity, certified in Pet First Aid, and experienced in administering medications, shots, and flea treatments. I live in a large apartment and typically host a single dog, but I’m open to caring for multiples from the same family if they get along well (complete with a complimentary trial). I always prefer a meet-and-greet first to ensure a perfect fit! I am just a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, very large off-leash dog park that features both an enclosed area and an additional section for pups who need a bit more focused attention. As well as, Delhi Park, Macaulay Mountain or Millenium Trail for hikes. I would love to meet you and your furry friend. I'm available via text or email anytime, so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! I am in transition as I just moved back home from Toronto, to Picton. I have full availability, and very capable of meeting your needs to provide the best care. I live with cats, and only take a client at a time, unless further analysis has been done to see compatability. This is for the safety of your pets, and to be leaning on a cautious side.
“Zoe was absolutely fantastic! I was very nervous to leave my 3 furry sons, but she constantly reassured me everything would be fine, and sent me pictures and updates daily. When I saw how much fun my sons were having, I felt much more calm. She set everything up for them in her lovely home, and cared so well for them. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a critter sitter.”

“Gabrielle is just awesome with my cat Sebastian!! She has a knack to really care for pets. My baby have had a bad experience with the previous cat boarding place, he came home so thin, wobbly and traumatized. I am so happy I found Gabrielle. On our meet and greet day my baby warmed up to her almost instantaneously, he never does that to strangers. My cat was properly taken cared of, fed well and entertained well too. He coped well with the separation, Gabrielle just knows what to do to ease him into a new place. When he came home this time he was his happy self again and was right back to his usual cat routine because he was cared well and did not experience any trauma. GREAT JOB GABRIELLE!!!!”

“Our first pet sitting experience and Rigel made us feel at ease with her confidence and kindness. She sent regular updates with photos and videos. We appreciated her prompt responses and accommodating pick up times during the recent snow storm Highly recommend Rigel and so does our cat Rusty”

“Tammy provided the care that was requested and then some. She always made a point to ensure my cat was alright before she left. She was always on time and very easy to communicate with. She provided the peace of mind I needed while I was away from my furry friend. I’ll be utilizing Tammy’s services again in the future when I need them. She’s perfect for the job!”

“Would absolutely book again. Kayleigh was very informative about our cats - their behaviour, habits, energy levels, etc. - through descriptions and pictures, which gave us a lot of comfort being away from them for so long.”

“Awesome job looking after my 3 fur babies Lindsay. I feel no stress knowing you're taking care of them: feeding, playing, watering and cleaning the litters. The pictures you send shows me that they are very comfortable with you now. Again much thanks!”

“Kristie was very attentive for Bagels! Although she's a cat, she has pretty high-needs (play and snuggles.) Kristie arrived and stayed for the duration of the bookings and then some. We came home to a tidy place and a happy cat! Thank you so much Kristie. I would not hesitate to book or recommend her services to anyone! “Denise did a wonderful job with my kitten Nova. It was my first time using a pet sitting service and couldn't have asked for a better experience with her. Denise came for a meet and greet and was delightful and asked pertinent questions. She was on time, professional, provided medication with Nova's food, played with her and sent plenty of photos that helped put me at ease. Would recommend.”

About: Currently I do not have a pet, but I love animals and love spending time with animals, and if I can help you in the process that's even better! I started caring for animals when I was in high school, where I was a regular dog walker for a family friend for two years. She needed a dog walker as she was incapable of doing so herself, and her husband was occupied most of the time with her care. I understand that every family with a pet has unique reasons for needing help caring for their pets, and want to help meet those needs! I have done on-and-off pet and house sitting ever since, but started regularly cat and house sitting for a family in the last few years. I have loved bonding with both the cat and the family in the process! He took some time warming up to me as he is wary of new people, but it made it all the more rewarding as he warmed up to me! I love both cats and dogs! Happy to work with either, and houses who may have both! I have a rather flexible schedule as I am currently between jobs, having just finished a seasonal job. My schedule is flexible and I have a great deal of availability! At the moment, my services have mostly focused on feeding a cat, playing with him, checking in when he's feeling more shy and reclusive, and cleaning out his litter box daily. When the family requests a house-sit on top of that, I will often bring in their mail, water their plants, and check around the house to make sure everything is in order.

“Kelly understood and took care of an elderly cat’s needs so well, including lots of medications. She sent lovely updates and photos so I got to see just how happy Mr Mae was. She was kind, professional and an all-round pleasure. Thanks so much Kelly!”

“Thomas did an great job with our cat Rosie. I really felt like she was loved while there. The house itself was also spacious so she had lots of space to roam. Rosie has medical issues and so needs meds at very specific times of day and Thomas made sure to let us know that she got them. I would definitely have him cat-sit for is again 😊”

“We were a bit last minute to book with Tammy, but she was super accommodating and our dog Olive loved her time spent with Tammy and her family. 100% would recommended and we will definitely be a returning customer.”

“Gabrielle is very kind and met with me and Willow for an introduction meeting prior to me leaving Willow for the day. It was great for Willow to get used to seeing the place. It was the first time that I have ever left Willow for sitting for the day. Gabrielle made all my worries go away. She was quick to reply and provided lots of pictures. I will definitely be using her services in the future.”

About: It all started with rabbits when I was a 4 year old. My dad bred them and we had well over 60 at one point. I had a pair of baby ducks when I was 8 years old. Then along came my budgie when I was 10. I have a lifelong experience of caring for many different types of pets. In the past I have had rabbits, ducks, a budgie, cockatiels, finches, rats, and aquariums. I took riding lessons as a teen and worked on the horse farm to pay for my lessons. I also have experience with exotic animals as I worked for a short time in a zoo. I have owned 5 dogs. A Husky (who lived to 15), an Australian Shepherd (who passed at age 12 from cancer), a sports mix - Border Collie/Staff/Russel (who passed at 14.5 from CHF), another Australian Shepherd (who passed at 11 from cancer), and I currently have a male Australian Shepherd. I work part time throughout the winter and have a tourism business during the summer. My work schedule is generally 4-6 hour days with a few off during the week. Your pet's care would fit in with my own pet's care. My dog is young and energetic and loves to play with other dogs. We hike most days in the woods surrounding the house. I have a pup who loves other dogs (he would have to come with me for overnight visits). He is playful and affectionate. I have 20 acres of woods to walk in (plus access to my neighbour's trails) and live on a small lake if your dog enjoys swimming. I am very knowledgeable in the care and training of animals, especially dogs and will be taking a first aide course when one comes available. I am very diligent about keeping dogs away from the road and they are always on a leash or longline.
“Kasi is open and very easy to communicate. She cares about our pup, and makes sure our pup has what he needs to feel like home. She also shared photos with us which put a big smile on our face. We'll be back with Kasi when we need help next time.”

“Leah was a wonderful pet sitter for Maple! She and her husband were very accommodating and attentive, making Maple's stay comfortable and fun! We were met outside with big smiles at a very early hour in the morning and our dog was happy and tired at the end of her stay with them. Thank you so much to you both!”

“We were heading to Sandbanks provincial park beach for the day and Zoe took Oreo last minute for us so we could explore the beaches better - she was amazing with him! Thank you Zoe! Highly recommend this pup sitter.”

“Lisa has been amazing walking our dog. She takes her for runs and the rover card she fills out is always checked full of information and cute pictures. She gets better pictures of my dog then I do.
