Anne kept me in the loop with tons of updates and pictures. You could tell Ginger really grew attached to them, and she seemed so comfortable and happy there. She was spoiled and allowed up on the couch and even cuddled up in their bed! They also have an older Goldendoodle who’s the sweetest, and they got along so well. I have also raised a momma cat and her kittens so I do have experience in kitten care as well. I love how spunky cats can be and how independent they are as well. One of my older babies, Bailey, struggles with constipation and usually won’t poop normally when I’m away due to stress. Sometimes we have to give her special medication to help her, and she can be fussy about taking it. Tanya handled the situation so well. I honestly don’t even know how to thank her enough. She gave her the necessary medication, monitored her closely to make sure she was pooping again, and even arrived earlier on some days just to ensure everything was okay with my kitties. About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 12 years old and grew up surrounded by dogs my entire life. Over the years, I’ve also cared for a chameleon, hamster, and ferret, which gave me experience with a wide range of pet needs and personalities. I have owned and trained three dogs and treats are the best tools to keep the experience positive for all. Our dog Winter loves all friendly dogs and would always welcome a playmate. I have been looking after friends and family pets for years and don't have pets of my own currently but would love to get my animal fix by offering to care for your beloved pets/family. I have no training experience but will happily follow your instructions. I have looked after my parents senior Yorkie for extended periods of time as well. I work full-time but my schedule is rotating and flexible allowing a variety of availability. Some available times during the week, mornings, evenings and weekends. I have toys, a pet bed and food dishes for any visiting pets. I don't have a fenced in space but live close to the Ardagh bluffs with accessibility to a ton of walking trails

About: I have loved and taken care of animals since age 10 - when I welcomed my first bunny for my 10th birthday. Since then I have also taken care of hamsters, birds, dogs, and cats. I am an expert in providing an environment where they can be comfortable and profusely loved, but I do not forget firm discipline where necessary. I am fully available on weekends for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting but I do require at least a 2-day notice. Additionally, I am available for walks and drop-ins all weekday evenings, anytime after 7 PM. At my client's home I have the best practices of pet- and property-handling honed down, which will keep both the client's pet(s) and property (as well as myself) safe and happy at all times. I trust that I will be provided with all the information I need to satisfy any expectations from my hosts during my visits. At my own home, I have two cats, but I have enough space and accommodations to keep my client's pet(s) separated and happy as necessary.
About: I have had dogs all my life since I was a young Child. They make great companions. I currently have two medium sized mixed bread dogs. I have a few flexible schedule so I have lots of time available to help anyone local with pet care when they need the help. I have one medium size very friendly dog. I have a fenced in backyard so there can be lots of outside playtime with or without my dog. They can play or I have the ability to keep the animals separate if necessary. About: I have been a cat mom for almost 7 years, recently adopted a new fur baby so now a dog and cat mom. They both fight like siblings but love each other very much. I love all animals and how they explore life differently. 🐾💕 Working a full time job I always make time for my fur babies. Even taking a lunch break just to go see them and check on them I have a fenced In yard, and energetic dog and a chill cat to fit every animal preference. About: Our family provides pet care together, with myself and my husband, Vitaly, being fully responsible for all pets in our care. Our 11-year-old daughter is also deeply involved and passionate about animals. She has completed courses through the local Humane Society and is currently finishing a pet sitter course. As a family, we enjoy learning about dog behaviour, training, and care, and even love watching Cesar Millan together. We have hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals. We have completed both a 10-day farm sitting stay in the summer and a 7-day stay in the winter for close friends with a hobby farm that includes two dogs, a cat, goats, chickens, and other animals. Our responsibilities included daily feeding, animal care, cleaning, outdoor chores, and even milking goats. In addition, we have experience fostering dogs in our home, providing pet care for friends and neighbours, dog walking, and drop-in visits/check-ins for bathroom breaks and companionship. One summer, we also helped a neighbour with daily noon-time puppy check-ins for six weeks while they were at work. We are a calm, caring, outdoorsy family who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. We are best suited for dogs who are comfortable around children and reasonably calm around cats. We do have a cat in the home, though she has her own quiet spaces and hiding spots where she can retreat comfortably when needed. My husband and I both work as entrepreneurs mostly from home. We do sometimes leave the house for around 2-4 hrs for different activities with our homeschooled children. Sometimes we can bring dogs with us, sometimes they need to stay at the house. Our family like to take regular walks in the morning and evening so we don’t need to change our routine too much when we add a dog to the house. We have a fenced yard and three level house. We are extra tidy when dogs are around and are careful with leaving food out. We once had a dog eat a brick of butter from the counter…let’s say we learned our lesson!
