About: My goal for when taking care of others animals is to make sure they’re comfortable and feel like they’re part of the family while their family is away. I’ve been surrounded by dogs and animals my entire life. Ive had many dogs as well and trained them myself. I’m now a certified trainer as I love the challenge it brings. If there is another animal such as, bunnies, rats, lizards, ferrets, etc… I’ve taken care of them all and more! Provide me with the info as to what animal needs to be cared for and I’m sure I can take them in. ***( All animals I have at home are use to different types of animals. You can rest easy knowing they will not be bothered by my animals if they’re not use to them)*** Je parle aussi français For the most part I’m at home Monday through Sunday. Friday, Saturday & Sunday I’m out for three hours in the morning working. Potty breaks are always available:) I have a puppy and a cat. Treats and love are always available. If there are any food allergies I’m use to this, it’s not a problem. If they need a bath I’m happy to do so ☺️ I make homemade treats but I always ask when I meet with you if they can have them.

About: Je suis entourée d'animaux depuis aussi longtemps que ma mémoire me le permet. J'ai eu des chiens de plusieurs races dans mon entourage, à la maison ainsi qu'à garder (pitbull, Chihuahua, Husky, Berger allemand, Shitzu miniature, Beagle et Teckle). Je suis à l'aise à faire administrer des médicaments au besoin (à confirmer selon le type d'administration). Nous gérons notre horaire, donc nous avons une grande flexibilité. Nous sommes principalement nomades depuis notre retour d'un tour du monde qui a duré une année complète. Nous avons donc l'habitude de s'adapter aux imprévus. Nous faisons exclusivement de la garde chez les propriétaires. Aucune garde à notre domicile. Si vous avez des questions, n'hésitez pas à les poser et nous pourrons discuter de tout ce qui pourrait vous aider à faire un choix éclairé.

About: I had the absolute honour to be a dog Mom for 15 years. My beautiful Benjamin earned his angel wings in September 2023 but I still remember how hard it was to find a loving & attentive dog sitter who had senior dog experience, and it was through Rover that I met some really amazing dog-sitters and I'm forever grateful they were part of Benji's journey. Benji had diabetes for years so I have extensive experience administering needles and oral medication. Benji was also a fussy eater so I’m also used to making meals tasty and the environment super relaxing to ensure your baby is as happy as they can be while you’re away. The primary reason for having a higher-than-average rate is because I promise to provide exceptional, safe, and attentive care to your precious baby. I’m also open to giving very frequent updates and photos to make your experience away from your baby as enjoyable as possible. I’m very mindful of safety rules and making sure you’re little (or big!) one is safe and cared for 24/7. I love dogs so much and I miss their beautiful love and light, and while I’m not ready to have another one of my own yet, I look forward to caring for your dog as I would my own. I love giving lots of cuddles, belly rubs and walks and I aim to make every dog feel super loved and adored. Right now I’m currently working in Ottawa for the federal government from Monday to Thursday. I work from home on Fridays, and I am available all weekend and would dedicate every hour to looking after your fur baby. I’m currently in transition to retirement, so I will be available for full-time sitting as of January 1, 2027. For boarding, I am comfortable spending all of my free time outside of work with your baby. I don’t have any obligations that would take me away from focusing on your baby’s care. I also live in a very quiet neighborhood, so it would be a peaceful and enjoyable experience for your little one. I look forward to meeting you and your precious baby! 🐶 I work from home 1 day a week (Fri) and have to be in the office in Ottawa 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs). I would be able to be home with your baby (Fri, Sat, Sun) but if you’re going on vacation and request more than those 3 days I’m more than happy to do 7 days a week, as long as you’re ok with them being alone on the 4 days I’m in the office (from 7am to 3pm). I have a fully fenced yard and live on a corner lot so there is lots to see and sniff even if just running around my yard, but I am happy to go on lots of leashed walks as well. Being a devoted dog Mom for 15 years, I was always extremely careful about making sure my Benji was safe and I did many things to avoid potential situations, such as crossing the street on walks if another dog looked aggressive, making sure I had eyes on him at all times and knowing what he was doing, even when sniffing the ground, making sure nothing was on the ground that could be hazardous. Nothing was more important to me than protecting my Benji and also making him feel super loved and relaxed. Trust is so important when choosing a dog-sitter. I’ve had a few negative experiences when I needed one in the past, so I know how awful it can be to search and have to settle for mediocre care when in a pinch, so it’s important to me to offer the utmost in care for your baby and for you to be assured that they are in good hands. I’ve had very positive experiences using Rover in the past as a dog owner & I’m excited to now be able to give positive experiences to other pet parents as a dog-sitter. I’m more than happy to abide by any and all requests or preferences that you have when it comes to your baby and I’d love to know their likes and dislikes and whatever else will make their stay with me the best time ever!

About: Many years experience in volunteering at shelters with dogs, cats, ferrets, hamsters and rats. Have had pets my entire life, I can`t see myself without one. I`m currently working full time but schedule will be going to part time by January. I`m looking to doing more of what I love, which is spending time with cats and dogs. I have an outdoor catio if you cat ever wishes to step outside. I also have two extra rooms in the house if a pet needs its own space.

Secured Outdoor Areas: If your dog enjoys time outside, I ensure that the yard is fenced and secure, with no gaps or potential escape routes. I supervise all outdoor activities to make sure your dog is safe and secure at all times. Emergency Preparedness: I have clear instructions for handling emergencies, including contact information for your vet, the nearest animal hospital, and your personal contact details, should anything unexpected arise. I stick to your dog’s established routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. Consistency helps minimize stress and makes your dog feel more at home in my care. Every dog is different. Some may need extra quiet time, while others thrive on play and activity. I respect their needs, ensuring that they feel secure and loved throughout the sitting experience.

About: Je fait les soin de base mais si je n'y arrive pas j'appelle les vétérinaire pour me guider sinon je l'amene immédiatement et je paye les soins Je travail à temps plein actuellement, mais l'après midi vers 16h je travail plus donc je peu m'occuper de tout et me libérer l'esprit avec les animaux J'ai une grande cours avec des cordes très solide et une barrière clôturer vue que j'ai un camp de camping en arrière de chez moi

About: I live in the Orleans area which means there is so much neighborhood to go for walks and runs! I am available fulltime Monday to Sunday. I have had animals all my life! As of now I have 2 dogs, a german shepherd mix and a husky mix. I current walk dogs for a living with a company but would love to try this out on my own. I am a huge animal lover and I treat them like they are my own, with love. About: I’ve had dogs since I was born and always had a passion for dogs and animals in general. They are literally all treated like royalty :) I work full time remotely. That allows me to always be available for day walks and to supervise them and be available whenever the dog is in need of anything. My work is very flexible so I can play with the dog even during the day and not leave them alone I have a fenced yard and live close to a few parks. I never send the dogs out alone as I am always there to supervised, even if fenced areas
