About: I am a former dog owner of an 18 year old Cockapoo I lost 1,5 years ago. Prior to this I cared for my 19 year old Spaniel/terrier. In addition, I am listed on Trusted House sitters as a Five star House/pet sitter. My last girl, I took care of her in Pallative state, administering, meds, special allergy bathing , going to the Vet for fluids and other treatments. Carry her down the deck stairs for her potty time when her ability was no longer there to climb up and down stairs etc. I had both of my dogs as a puppy and trained them with some dog trainers and my own training. I still have bedding, dishes, wire and mesh crate, toys! I am retired, I have some spare time depending on some days between appointments and trips into Ottawa. I would be more available during the day and early evenings I have a fenced yard, with plenty of grass down below the deck area. I am close to walking trails and sidewalks outside of my home. I do have a wired and mesh crate. I may administer some oral medication. Walk, feed, give lots of love, hugs and attention to your fur baby!

I now have a dog free home and miss having dogs running around. I can provide a calm environment for a low energy or senior dog but am also happy to bring your dog on walks or trips to the dog park down the street if they are in need of an adventure. I can accommodate most special requests including pick up and drop offs. A typical day will start with a walk before and after work with quicker bathroom breaks throughout the day. This can be adjusted based on your dogs needs. Rest assured that I will care for your dog as if it is my own. They are free to roam my place and sleep on my bed and couch but I can also follow your house rules if they differ. I have an unfenced outdoor space but will provide walks, playtime and special outings based on your preferences. If you have a puppy that required a more watchful eye, that’s not a problem. We can agree on a plan and schedule together!
