About: I’ve always had access to animals from a young age and it was my partial responsibility to help care for them. I have also worked on farms that exposed me to even more varieties of animals and gave me the opportunity to bond with them and understand different languages of pet loves. I don’t tend to have trouble demonstrating my trustworthy nature to animals, and seem to have a strange affinity with many variety of pets. I’m very respectful of people’s spaces and make sure to leave them as I found them. I garden a lot as well and will happily baby indoor plants if given care instructions on what you prefer. My schedule is flexible and controlled predominantly by myself therefore I’m usually able to accommodate requests and work them into my day-to-day. Usually I do longer Sits (over a long weekend, or a month or more at a time) but it varies depending on the situation. I’m very respectful of the routines of animals in your/their home. I stick to the routine they’re familiar with and am very conscious of their feelings. Normally I try to swing by and meet the animal kin before the Sit if possible just so they can see me interacting with their pet parent and feel more comfortable but that varies depending on the situation.

About: I am an experienced and reliable pet lover! I have been taking care of cars + dogs of all ages for many years, from walking energetic puppies to supporting senior cats with extra care. I’m great at matching each pets energy level and needs to fit their typical routine. I am very flexible with my schedule. I am a substitute teacher so often available on the days I am not teaching and after school hours! I want to make sure every pet is comfortable and safe at all times, especially in their own home! Safety and trust are a priority for me. Whether I’m walking your dog or caring for a cat in your home, I always create a calm, secure environment to support their needs. I pay close attention to their behaviour, use secure leashes and harnesses, and stick to familiar routines. I also ensure their surroundings are safe and free from hazards, so you can feel confident your pet is in loving, reliable hands.
About: Last year I had the pleasure of meeting many loveable dogs through Rover! Unfortunately I took a break due to an injury but am excited to be back! I have had the pleasure of being around dogs of all ages all my life. In 2023 my fiance and I welcomed our first (own) puppy to our little family who has quickly become the centre of our world. Our now 1.5year old boy is a well behaved and energetic pup who is eager to meet other dogs. I hope you give me the opportunity to spread the love to your critters! I do live a busy lifestyle, and currently am working rotational shift work. Unfortunately that means I’m not the best fit for a typical Monday-Friday. However I have the advantage of several consecutive days away from work in a row. If you have any specific dates you’re looking for a sitter, dog walking, or playdates with my golden please do not hesitate to reach out. I have a (non-fenced in) back yard located on a quiet street in Wolfville. We are located walking distance to many walking trails and parks.
About: No longer a dog owner, but have my grand-dog for vacation stays & outdoor adventures. I walk and/ or run daily and I am a former regional physical activity consultant always on the move. I’m semi- retired and a triathlon coach educator with periodic contracts. My daily routine includes swim, bike and run workouts. I love being outdoors all year round. I’m looking to walk dogs. Our grand-dog, Joey is a young NS Duck Toller who is well trained so we use the same commands he is used to. When he stays with us we keep the same routines and activity levels he is accustomed to ( mostly trails or the local beach) for him each day. Recognizing that each breed and dog has different needs for physical activity, consistency is important.

About: I have owned my own dogs that I have groomed myself and taken care of for years. When fostering dogs, we are required to maintain their grooming and other health needs. My schedule is extremely flexible, as I work shift work as a youth care worker. I have a lot of time during the daytime to check in on, walk, and feed your dogs as needs require. I have a fenced in backyard with no other pets. We have 2 couches that we all the dogs to sit on, as well as my bed. Can crate your dogs if needed. Always walk dogs on leash.

“Hannah was incredible. She was great at communicating and confirming plans before the sit, during the sit with lovely photos of my cat Paxx, and left the place cleaner than it was when I left. Happy to have her back again this month, thank you Hannah!”
