At our meet and greet, she clearly knew how to work with dogs (and loved doing so), but also took no great care to understand my schedule and what I do. She sent oodles of pictures during a 4-day stay, during which my dog was happily playing or snoozing - great peace of mind. On pickup, my dog was happy and cheerful, and much better behaved than when I leave her at a kennel. Will book again!”
