Jingyi was absolutely fabulous! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Her communication was amazing, and she sent me lots of photos and videos while I was away, which gave me so much peace of mind. I had very limited internet access during my trip, but she still made every effort to keep me updated, and I really appreciated coming back to all of her messages, photos, and videos. She took wonderful care of my cat and also left my home incredibly clean and tidy. It was clear that she was attentive, caring, and respectful of both my pet and my home. I felt completely comfortable having Jingyi look after everything while I was away and would absolutely book with her again. I highly recommend her!

I'm a repeating client for Denis' house sitting service. He took good care of all of our 3 kitties, feed them multiple times a day as instructed, and provides daily updates. His daily updates are regular and detailed, makes you feel at ease to know what's going on at home when you are away. He helped watering my plants too and took in delivered parcels. Heather was such a wonderful sitter for my cat Ivy. She took excellent care of her, made sure she got plenty of time outside on her leash, and kept me updated throughout the stay with lots of photos. Amelie did an excellent job with taking care of our kitty and house. She communicates clearly and sent photos and updates regularly without prompting. Overall, great experience and I recommend her highly to others. She has a special way with cats too, so I know our cat was very pleased to have her there.

Lara was an exceptional sitter! While I was away, she sent me photos every day of Socks happily curled up on her lap, and it was clear he felt safe, loved, and completely at ease with her. Lara stayed at my home for three weeks, and when I returned, everything was spotless. She had even changed the bed sheets and taken wonderful care of both my home and my cat. He's been caring for my energetic 4-month-old terrier several days a week and has consistently been reliable, patient and understanding (especially during the ongoing puppy biting phase!)
