Pamela was wonderful with Molly! This was our first time booking with her, and I was very happy with the experience. Molly clearly had a great time and when I came home, she seemed happy and well cared for. Pamela was kind, attentive, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough! As a first-time dog owner using a sitter, I was naturally a bit nervous, but she completely put my mind at ease. She provided regular updates and adorable pictures of Mia throughout the stay, and it was so clear from the photos that Mia was happy, relaxed, and extremely well taken care of. She was also completely respectful of my home, leaving everything just as she found it. If you are looking for someone reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring, she is the absolute best. I will definitely be booking with her again!

Chiara was so wonderful with my * challenging * chihuahua. She sent daily updates and even went with the flow of house sitting (hot water went down). After a long day of travel I came home to fresh sheets on my bed. She was awesome and I will definitely be rebooking.

Biscuit was in great hands with Anthony, with the right balance of cuddles and play to her liking! 💕

Denis was absolutely wonderful with Paddington during his 4-day stay at our home! He kindly accepted our booking at the last minute during a complicated situation while we were abroad. I was quite stressed about everything, and Denis was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring throughout the whole stay. Paddington is only 5 months old and can be quite a handful, but Denis was incredibly patient, attentive, and caring with him. He followed all our instructions carefully and kept us updated regularly. He was also very respectful of our home and left the apartment super clean. We couldn’t have asked for better! We’re really grateful for everything. Denis is someone you can trust with your pet and your home with your eyes closed. We would absolutely recommend him and happily have him look after Paddington again !

We had a great experience with Matan and felt very comfortable leaving Mella and Winnie in his care. Both of our girls are quite shy, and Matan was very patient and intentional with them from the beginning, giving them the space to approach him on their own rather than forcing interaction. It was clear that he has a lot of experience with dogs and understands their different personalities and boundaries. He sent us frequent updates throughout our vacation, which really helped us relax knowing our girls were happy and well taken care of. Communication with him was always straightforward and easy. When we came home, both dogs seemed happy and well, and our apartment was left clean and tidy. We’d happily have Matan take care of Mella and Winnie again!

Chayse is an excellent sitter. Our dog immediately felt comfortable with her and she took amazing care of our pup while we were gone, not to mention our house as well. Chayse is communicative and respectful and we are grateful to have her caring for our girl. Thank you Chayse!!

Yiran was very good with our Cavapoo, Jona. Jona seemed very comfortable with her. She took him out to play with neighbours and sent up updates and pictures throughout the evening.

Lindsay était excellente. Elle s'est occuper de notre chat durant nos vacances. Elle lui a donné ces injections (fluide sous-cutané), jouer avec lui et même lui offrir tout le comfort nécéssaire durant notre absence. Elle nous a laissé le condo propre, draps lavé et même dequoi manger dans notre frigo à notre retour. Nous ne pouvons pas demander mieux pour avoir l'esprit tranquile. Nous allons assurément la rebooker lors de nos prochains voyages ! Je recommande fortement Lindsay :)

Mahalia was great with Goblin & provided me with lots of updates and peace of mind during a long weekend away! Even handled Goblin’s sensitive tummy & a bit of a poop mess which I really appreciated 😅 Highly recommend!

Toby had an instant connection with my greyhound Jolene. Great communicator, professional, and kept me updated with photos for my peace of mind while I was away.

Maire took excellent care of my babies while I was away on vacation! She left my husband and I wonderful photos that ensured us she was engaged and proactive in their care, and gave us great affirmation that she was truly invested in their happiness. I felt beyond affirmed that she was the right person to care for our animals; it was evident even through pictures that they felt safe and comfortable with her ❤️

Iván was lovely with Welly! We appreciated his flexibility with extended time. He took care of feeding, walking, and focusing on not having him jump up as he has a back injury. He created a very welcoming environment and we would highly recommend!

Sarah was a godsend for me and my cat. She's well versed in cat behavior, and my shy cat came out of her shell and relaxed in Sarah's company. I was able to relax on my holiday knowing my cat is in good company. Sarah sent regular updates, took care of all of my cats needs and also went the extra mile to take care of my home in my absence. I would highly recommend Sarah, her energy is complimentary to cats' energies and she's a gentle and loving caregiver to cats. Would definitely rebook.

Gray est vraiment la personne qu'on cherchait depuis longtemps avec un sens de l'attention et une délicatesse envers les besoins de Pixel et par le fait même, de toute la famille! Pixel est un vieux chien, avec une belle énergie mais des restrictions tant sur la nourriture que dans son quotidien avec de la médication : ce n'est donc pas le chien le plus facile à garder. Pixel a vécu sa vie comme si nous étions là et les photos envoyées matin et soir pendant notre absence nous ont apporté beaucoup de bonheur et de paix: Pixel était entre bonnes mains! De plus, la maison était exactement dans le même état que lors de notre départ et Gray a même pris soin de laver les draps pour que nous ayons un lit tout frais à notre arrivée! WOW... MERCI Gray pour ton travail exceptionnel et au plaisir!

Jingy was absolutely wonderful! This was my second time having her stay, and it definitely won’t be the last. She has become my new go-to sitter! She left my place incredibly clean — honestly, I think it was even cleaner than when I left it! 😂 Her communication is excellent, and I always felt confident knowing everything was being taken care of. Most importantly, she treats Miss Arwen wonderfully. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her and makes sure she’s happy and comfortable. I highly recommend Jingy to anyone looking for a trustworthy, respectful, communicative sitter who is wonderful with pets. I’m so happy to have found her!

Miao was absolutely amazing with Oreo, Moka and Jordan! She was incredibly accommodating, kept us updated with lots of pictures, took great care of all three pets, and left our home spotless. Oreo did great on his walks with her and all three of them looked happy and comfortable throughout the stay. She even stayed later when our return was delayed and was so kind about it. We would absolutely trust Miao with them again and are so happy to have found her! ❤️

Absolutely amazing. She was so amazing with my puppy and super communicative! Received updates every morning afternoon and night along with images and videos. I felt so reassured and calm leaving my puppy with her after seeing how amazing she was with him and with all the updates I received. STRONGLY recommend! I will be using her again!
