About: Hi 👋 I love dogs! I’ve been taking care of fur babies for the last 8 years but about 3 years on Rover! 🐾 My services include pet sitting from my home. I live alone and have no kids & no other pets. I work from home as well, so they’ll never be left alone. From neighbour's, to friends, to colleagues's dogs, from puppies and more senior. I am reliable and responsible and can ensure a happy temporary home and peace of mind while you are away! I work full-time Monday to Friday in a flexible work from home environment so I’m around 24/7 to play, walk and feed the munchkins, Weekends I am available all day. I can also bathe if necessary, and/or administer medication.

I grew up surrounded by dogs and have continued that journey into adulthood — raising my own puppies, rescuing pregnant dogs and caring for their litters, and now cherishing my two senior dogs. I always tailor my care based on each dog’s personality, routine, and the service you choose. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Safety is always my number one priority, closely followed by making sure your dog has plenty of fun, attention, and affection. In my home, dogs become part of the family. We own our home, which allows me to fully control the environment and keep it calm, secure, and dog-friendly. They will never be unsupervised as I am always home with our dogs! We also have both a front and a backyard, giving dogs safe outdoor space for fresh air, play, and bathroom breaks. I’m very mindful about supervision, secure doors, and creating a setting where dogs can relax without stress. I keep your dog’s routine as close as possible to what they’re used to — feeding schedules, walk times, sleep habits, and any house rules you follow. If your dog is used to cuddling on the couch or even sleeping in the bed, I’m happy to continue that routine. I also make sure they have a quiet, cozy space to rest when they need downtime.

I have 12 years of experience with my own dog and have worked through reactivity, anxiety, fear of noises, and leash pulling using positive reinforcement. I have worked with multiple trainers over the years and have spent a lot of time learning about dog behaviour and psychology, which has shaped how I care for animals today. I pay close attention to body language and subtle cues like freezing, yawning, or disengaging. When a dog seems overwhelmed, I focus on helping them feel safe and settled by creating space, choosing calmer routes or environments, or redirecting them toward something grounding. With shy or nervous dogs, I always let them approach on their own terms and give them the freedom to take breaks or step away when needed. I also believe in balancing physical and mental stimulation. Along with fulfilling walks, I enjoy incorporating enrichment like sniffing games, confidence-building activities, and gentle training. These activities work well for high-energy dogs and can also help more nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable and confident. I have experience caring for large and small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, as well as administering medication including pills, liquids, topical treatments, and ear drops. I am very comfortable following vet instructions and care routines, and I tend to be very organized and attentive to detail. Above all, I genuinely care about each animal’s wellbeing and individuality. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and observation as the foundation of my care, and I always do my best to make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. I’m currently a work-from-home professional so I am quite flexible time and space wise. I am available at virtually any time and can readily offer overnight care in your home while you’re away. With a persistent attention to detail, I frequently look out for when an animal is trying to communicate a need, such as them wanting water, to play, to eat, to be pet, etc. I always ensure they have fresh, clean water and that they are fed the appropriate amount and on time. I also like to spend quality time with them giving them belly rubs and and behind-the-ear scratches. I also look out for their safety by keeping things that might be dangerous out of reach as well as checking in on them frequently to make sure they are doing well :)

About: I grew up on a farm with many pets including farm animals which I helped care for. I was previously employed at a no-kill animal shelter where I was responsible for all aspects of dog and cat care - including exercising, feeding/watering on schedule, administering medication, bathing and grooming. I’m working part time at night so I have plenty of time in my schedule to care for your fur babies during the day. I can drive but I don’t mind walking your dogs in any weather! I prefer to come to you to care for your pet, whether drop-in, walking or daycare. I have one kitty in my home who very nervous around other animals.

About: I have volunteered at a veterinary clinic and worked at a doggy daycare where I have learned and had experience handling many different breeds and types of dogs. I am confident in my skills and love being around dogs. I currently own a beagle mix who is about 9 years old and full of energy. He needs lots of exercise, as I'm sure your little one may need as well. So, if your dog needs a little more than a 30-minute walk just let me know. If there is a date or dates that are not available on the calendar but you need someone, please send me a message. I am happy to provide any pictures and/or videos of the walk. If you have any questions please do no hesitate to ask me about anything that may be on your mind. I am taking pets on a case-by-case basis. I am looking for a full-time job but will continue to do this as long as I can. I respect everyone’s home as much as my own. I believe in a clean and safe environment. If you need me to get something from inside I will, if not I will not go past the door (provided that all the pet’s items are nearby).
