I have a very friendly cat and dog of my own that do very well with other friendly calm pets, we would be so happy to have your furbaby join us on walks in the trails and the beach as we are very close to both and are there any chance we get! I am also happy to drop in for a quick walk and some pets/play if that is all you need. I have over 15 years personal and professional experience with cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes, We are looking forward to meeting you and your pet soon! I have recently moved back to Ontario from Vancouver after 15 years away, I had a very successful dog walking and boarding business there that i passed on to a friend so that i could move back home to be closer to family. We have a large fenced yard and are close to dt and the beaches, we love to be outside walking and exploring. Inside is cozy and clean and very pet friendly.

About: Hi! We are Star Sitters here on Rover, with 6 years of professional pet care and 18 with our own animals. Someone is always here in our calm, safe, and dog friendly home so your dog can spend the day with company instead of being home alone. We do live with our loveable Boston Terrier, Gus, and we are often found hiking on dog friendly trails on the weekend or spending time at the lake. We are very active, enjoy being outside and think dogs should be too - Gus has a lot of energy so daily excercise is key already here. I work as a professional planner and Scott works from home and we are both free on weekends with flexible schedules. We spend a lot of love and time on Gus, who, like us, loves being around other dogs. We would be happy to meet you and your doggy in advance so you can get to know us. Emily works in the office four days per week just a few minutes from home, Scott works from home. Neither of us work on the weekend. Our home is save for any animal - we're smoke free, drug free with no children. Gus loves other dogs and always enjoys having a friend around. Our back yard is mostly fenced in and it's tucked behind. The front is also mostly fenced with a small garden fence.

About: I’m an active dog lover who spends my days walking my own energetic Blue Heeler, hiking local trails, and heading to the beach. I offer reliable dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting with plenty of attention and care. I am home weeknight evenings and available all days on weekends. In summer I have full availability to meet your pets needs at any time! I can also offer training and enrichment if requested. My own dog can be slow to warm up to new dogs, but we have a large home and are happy to keep her fully separated for safety and comfort whenever needed - although she would love to play once comfortable. Your pet will get personalized care in a calm, loving environment! I am currently working full time as a teacher but I am home most days by 4:30pm. I have full availability to be home and care for your pets during the summer. I have a large home with plenty of space for your dog to run and play. I have my own dog who takes a bit of warming up but then will keep your fur baby company! I have an unfenced yard with a leash for potty breaks but can also go for lots of walks. I am happy to crate your pup if they are crate trained. I can offer training and enrichment as requested!

I am working from home so I am hands on 24/7! I operate a small farm with four sheep chicken cats and one big friendly dog. About: I have enjoyed taking care of dogs and other pets from a young age. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. I'm currently off work for the summer and have lots of flexibility to care for your pets for overnight stays, walks, or drop in visits to your home. I have a fenced backyard and a park across the road with lots of walking trails around to accomodate all the needs or your furry friend. We do also have 1 friendly cat in the home.

About: I've had dogs for my entire life! I grew up with great danes. I volunteered training puppies in high school. I started fostering dogs as soon as I was able (and still do!) and very quickly adopted my first dog. Dogs have always been my passion. I was working a corporate job while spending my free time training sport and foster dogs, reading about dog behaviour, and learning as much about dogs as I could. I've recently decided to focus on dogs full time, and decided to jump on Rover to help supplement and get me started :) While I'm already quite confident in my skills, there's ALWAYS room for improvement! As such, I have invested quite a bit into continuing to grow as a dog trainer. Most recently I went to LA to take a dog training course from my favourite dog trainer. There is no such thing as a bad dog! I am willing and prepared to handle reactivity or any behaviourial issues, you won't have to worry about your pup when they're with me! I very recently left my full-time job to focus exclusively on dog training. When your pet is staying with or going for a walk with me, they will be my full focus! Along with my dog, of course. It is so so important for dogs to get individual time with people away from other dogs, so I make sure every dog gets plenty of one on one time with me every day. I live on a beautiful property in Kendal ON! There’s fields, fully enclosed dog runs available, and we’re located very close to the Ganaraska Forest! We will be spending a fair amount of time out of the house- I love going on hikes or finding some secluded grass areas/fields to work with the dogs in. If the dogs I have at the time are all healthy and physically able, we'll go for hikes as long as 20km! It's all about them- I love bringing a longline with me so your furry friend can explore and sniff and run around in nature.

About: I have always loved taking care of dogs and cats my whole life. I have a lot of experience being around and helping all different pets. I am a very active person and walk and go on runs everyday. I walk at-least 5km everyday so i would be very happy to walk your dog any distance or for any time requested. I am very friendly and am comfortable with all types of dogs and cats. My friends often drop off their dogs at my house and i will happily walk them and spend time with them. I am currently certified in Standard First Aid and CPR. I used to be a Lifeguard and would guard dog swims all the time. I have a G license and a car so i am able to drive to your pet when needed. I walk everyday so I would be happy to walk with a dog and help others. I am available most days at any time. I need a day notice, sometimes even the day of. I will walk your dog however long you would like me too. Once i even walked a marathon so i enjoy walking a lot. My home is very tidy and clean. It is a bungalow with a half fenced yard with grass space. I will gladly pet sit the dog during the day or at night if needed.
