They're very nice, polite and calm people. And the most important they treated Reuben as if he was their own puppy.. I'm sure he had a great time as much as we did because we didn't have to worry thanks to Aruhi. I just regret I didn't say that Reuben is used to long walks to do his number 2. Seul petit accroc, les communications promises n'ont pas été nombreuses, mais c'est un détail.
