Elle a aussi de l'expérience pour gérer les petits caprices imprévus comme dans le cas de Maya, le fait qu'elle ne fasse pas ses besoins sur ses pipi pads. “Anh took excellent care of my young dog Juni. At our initial meet & greet she gave me a tour of the yard and indoor play area, explaining how she manages multiple dogs at a time. I could tell by the questions she asked that she is very attentive to the needs of both the new dog and regulars, as well as the safety of her child - this was very reassuring. During the boarding, she sent me regular updates, photos and videos of play time, sleeping arrangements and walks. Juni settled in quickly and had a blast, I could tell. About: J’ai des chiens depuis l’âge de 10 ans (labrador et beagle). Pendant mes années d’études, j’ai gardé plusieurs chiens dont quotidiennement un berger australien de 14 ans qui avait besoin d’aide et d’attention. Je me suis adaptée à lui, j’ai pris mon temps et sa maîtresse a été très reconnaissante pour la belle fin de vie qu’il a eu. Depuis que j’habite au Québec, je n’ai plus d’animaux alors je suis très motivée à m’occuper de vos pitous et j’ai toutes les compétences nécessaires et beaucoup d’attention à leur donner. Je travaille actuellement à temps plein mais je suis disponible le matin de 6h30 à 7h30 et le soir à partir de 17h30 la semaine. Je suis disponible les fins de semaines à toute heure. J’ai une cour arrière non clôturée où ils peuvent s’amuser et je peux les promener dehors plusieurs fois par jour. Je peux également me rendre en voiture dans un parc pour une plus belle promenade.

Soraya was very friendly and welcoming when we first met, and such a pleasure to get to know. She was very understanding of our dog's needs, and we could tell by the pictures that she sent us that he was comfortable during our time away. She provided us with pictures and updates, which were greatly appreciated. He didn't look sad or anxious at all when we picked him up, as he had from being boarded at the vet clinic previously where we used to bring him. This was a wonderful experience for both us and our dog, and we hope that she will continue to watch him during any further trips we take away from home.

I was super worried about leaving my dog for 12 days or so. Pipo is 13 years old and very attached to me. After I met Ana and Oscar I had a feeling that Pipo will be in good hands. Ana and Oscar and the children are a family who loves animals and I could see this in the videos sent to me everyday. I came back yesterday and Pipo was well taken care.
