Our dogs settled in well and seemed very content with the experience. Joseph and Tina have a great home and yard to accommodate larger dogs. About: I have grown up my whole life with animals. I currently have four dogs and four cats at home. I truly believe pets add so much love to the household. my hours are very flexible and change everyday. I work shifts at a local restaurant in oyama and also at mission hill winery. I’m usually free in the mornings and afternoons/nights vary. I cannot bring pets into my apartment, but will do whatever is needed at a clients home:) obviously each home is different and i will cater to needs, for example taking the dogs for a walk if there is no yard or constantly keeping an eye on the pet if they like to get into things.

About: We had a beautiful Golden Retriever 2013-2025 who went everywhere with me and was never left alone. I loved being with him, caring for him and other friends pets, walking, brushing, veterinary drop offs and collections as well as caring for elderly dogs too. I love all dogs. Will be with the dogs all day in my home and we have beautiful trails right at our doorstep for quick walks or longer hikes. Happy to be slower if dogs are older or small or longer if they have lots of energy. I work from home so pets would never be left alone, I have set up my work to fit in with caring for our own pet as a priority. Have looked after our own dog and walked 4-5 times daily with shorter potty breaks and longer excercise trips for 12 years. I have no fenced yard but have a provincial park and walking trails directly at my door so walking is never a problem. My own golden retriever will go outside for a variety of mini walks and a longer walk daily or we can take the car to other parks if requested.

I have had dogs my whole life, and currently have a senior rescue, and a puppy at home. I’ve surrounded myself with animals my entire life — from dogs and cats to fish, birds, and bunnies. In my early 20s, I volunteered as a Vet Assistant at the SPCA in Calgary, and I’ve long been the “go-to” person for friends needing someone they trust to walk, sit, and care for their beloved pets. We currently have three dogs at home (a Pit Bull mix, a Boxer, and a Mexican mutt!), and there’s often at least one extra dog popping by for a visit or stay. Safe to say, I’m happiest in a house full of wagging tails! 🐾 I completely understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind. I promise to treat every single one like my own — with patience, love, and lots of attention. I’m also that person who interrupts conversations just to say hi to an incoming dog! I’ve cared for pets of all ages, from playful puppies to sweet seniors, and I’m mindful of the unique needs at every stage. I’ve worked with children in the school district for over 10 years while raising our family, and now that I have a little extra time, I’m excited to also care for our community’s fur babies. About: Hi! My name is Cassie and I have a pet loving family. We lost our 15 yr old mini dashound, Pnut, two years ago and life hasn’t been the same without her. Since then, we’ve decided to open our home back up to loving on other peoples precious fur babies. I would love the opportunity to provide your pet a home away from home that they feel safe, loved and special! I can confidently say they won’t lack attention, love and snuggles and they will be excited to come back to visit! I am very flexible with our schedule and can accommodate most. During the summer, I am available full time with myself being home to keep an eye on the doggo’s throughout the day. Come fall, winter and Spring, myself and our family are available weekends (especially for those pets needing high attention) and occasionally during the week. Depending on your needs, I may be more flexible. Just ask! There are lots of walking trails/paths around our house that we love to take the dogs out (not too hot and not too cold) and enjoy some exploring. It is a very pet friendly neighbourhood. If your fur babies loves car rides like ours did, I am happy to take them out for a ride and let them feel the wind in their fur! I would prefer to have a potty trained pet, however can accommodate one in training as I am home all day during the summer and available for those high needs. We are a household of 4 (two adults and two children). Your pet must be okay with children ages between 9-15. We live in an area that is very pet friendly and family oriented neighbourhood. However, if your pet is not okay with other animals, just let me know and I will make safe adjustments for them to not be put in uncomfortable situations with other animals. This may include taking them to a quiet area for a walk, bathroom breaks, etc. Our kids are very good with pets and understand pets have boundaries too. Our family practises safe approaching, playing and walking techniques. With that being said we do request pets that are comfortable with children just to be safe for both parties. We live in a spacious, pet friendly condo unit (we own), because of this I am comfortable with paper trained animals. We have lots of walking trails around us to provide easy, pet friendly, exploration.

About: Hello, I have plenty of experience with dogs and cats as I grew up with them. I currently do not have any pets, but I do have 3 kids 50% of the time! I live in a townhouse, but I am right now to a park. I only work 4 hours a day, and I live right next to my work so I am able to go home on my break to walk them. I am able to petsit weekends and holidays! I work full-time during the week. I could do during the week as well but I work full days. I live in a townhome, we are always on walks and on leash. I live next to a park as well for them to play.
