During our week away, Kelene was fast responding message, and sent photos/videos (so good I wish she could send more!!! 💕). I love she took my little blind angel to places in town. Kelene also works from home which is a huge bonus for anyone who wants their fur babies to have max attention. Lastly, Kelene was flexible which was very appreciated since we were abroad. About: I have grown up my whole life with animals. I currently have four dogs and four cats at home. I truly believe pets add so much love to the household. my hours are very flexible and change everyday. I work shifts at a local restaurant in oyama and also at mission hill winery. I’m usually free in the mornings and afternoons/nights vary. I cannot bring pets into my apartment, but will do whatever is needed at a clients home:) obviously each home is different and i will cater to needs, for example taking the dogs for a walk if there is no yard or constantly keeping an eye on the pet if they like to get into things.

About: I have experience caring for both senior dogs and puppies. My most notable experience was walking Duke, a young golden retriever puppy, daily for a full year. During that time, I helped leash train him, worked on good walking habits, and made sure he got plenty of physical and mental stimulation. About: I am a university student at UBCO living at home with my family and 2 dogs. This gives me the unique flexibility to stay overnight and care for pets on short notice. I have had dogs my whole life, and currently have a senior rescue, and a puppy at home. About: We had a beautiful Golden Retriever 2013-2025 who went everywhere with me and was never left alone. I loved being with him, caring for him and other friends pets, walking, brushing, veterinary drop offs and collections as well as caring for elderly dogs too. I love all dogs. Will be with the dogs all day in my home and we have beautiful trails right at our doorstep for quick walks or longer hikes. Happy to be slower if dogs are older or small or longer if they have lots of energy. I work from home so pets would never be left alone, I have set up my work to fit in with caring for our own pet as a priority. Have looked after our own dog and walked 4-5 times daily with shorter potty breaks and longer excercise trips for 12 years. I have no fenced yard but have a provincial park and walking trails directly at my door so walking is never a problem. My own golden retriever will go outside for a variety of mini walks and a longer walk daily or we can take the car to other parks if requested.

I am a very responsible person, extremely reliable, and communicate well. I love the outdoors and going for walks, as well as lazy days at home. I have a very flexible school and work schedule. I am a student at UBCO and have several 3-4 hour gaps in my day which I can come home and spend time with the pets. I am done my classes around dinner time, and can come straight home for the evening. On the weekends, I am a server at a restaurant in town and generally only work 4-6 hour shifts. This means I am around for the majority of the day. I have been dog walking for many years as I have had dogs my whole life. With clients, I try and keep the pet’s routine as similar as possible to their owner’s. I like to be around as much as possible and keep the pets as comfortable as they can be while their owner is away.

About: I have over 10 years of experience taking care of cats and dogs. I have one of each, making my knowledge and skills current. No matter medication administration, training, or playtime. I am here for you! I currently do casual work, so I have lots of time in my schedule to fit in some more time spent with fuzzy friends. I’m always open to a hike or cuddles. I have a small fenced yard and cameras inside and outside the home. It is my Husband, Me, and a dog-friendly cat and dog, no children. About: Hi! My name is Cassie and I have a pet loving family. We lost our 15 yr old mini dashound, Pnut, two years ago and life hasn’t been the same without her. Since then, we’ve decided to open our home back up to loving on other peoples precious fur babies. I can confidently say they won’t lack attention, love and snuggles and they will be excited to come back to visit! I am very flexible with our schedule and can accommodate most. During the summer, I am available full time with myself being home to keep an eye on the doggo’s throughout the day. Come fall, winter and Spring, myself and our family are available weekends (especially for those pets needing high attention) and occasionally during the week. Depending on your needs, I may be more flexible. Just ask! There are lots of walking trails/paths around our house that we love to take the dogs out (not too hot and not too cold) and enjoy some exploring. It is a very pet friendly neighbourhood. If your fur babies loves car rides like ours did, I am happy to take them out for a ride and let them feel the wind in their fur! I would prefer to have a potty trained pet, however can accommodate one in training as I am home all day during the summer and available for those high needs. We are a household of 4 (two adults and two children). Your pet must be okay with children ages between 9-15. We live in an area that is very pet friendly and family oriented neighbourhood. However, if your pet is not okay with other animals, just let me know and I will make safe adjustments for them to not be put in uncomfortable situations with other animals. This may include taking them to a quiet area for a walk, bathroom breaks, etc. Our kids are very good with pets and understand pets have boundaries too. Our family practises safe approaching, playing and walking techniques. With that being said we do request pets that are comfortable with children just to be safe for both parties. We live in a spacious, pet friendly condo unit (we own), because of this I am comfortable with paper trained animals. We have lots of walking trails around us to provide easy, pet friendly, exploration.
