About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and truly love dogs and cats, they bring me so much joy! My parents have fostered dogs and cats since before I was born, so I’ve grown up helping care for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve also pet sat for friends and family for several years, handling feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention! I’ve cared for all kinds of pets including small dogs, large dogs, puppies, senior dogs, kittens, and senior cats. When I got back home, after almost week, my place was very clean, and neat (which is not easy to maintain with my three cats). She rolled with the punches and excelled! We have a sensor on our diabetic cat but then it stopped working. Ashley had no problem using the blood glucose machine. With her background as a vet assistant and then with her previous experience with having a cat with diabetes made me feel very secure with having picked her. I will 100% use Ashley again. She feels like family now! Her updates were detailed and the pictures were a great touch. She even vacuumed for us! About: I don't have magic words to tell you. My dog Ruckus goes everywhere with me and I let him run around the no leash zones as much as I can here in Medicine Hat. We go to the dog park as much as we can so he is most safe. Ruckus and I also like to mingle with other friends. Staying safe, cleaning up after ourselves and just having a good time is all we are looking to do. My mother is a dog groomer so I have been actually caring for pets since I was a teenager. I understand it is the responsibility of the dog's handler at all times to keep the pet safe and out of harms way. Ruckus is my family so I take good care of him.

About: I have owned dogs for most of my adult life and grew up with dogs as well. I place a strong emphasis on good manners and positive training, and I’ve taught all of my dogs a variety of tricks and basic obedience. I currently have a two-year-old female Bloodhound who is incredibly gentle, loving, and submissive—despite her wrecking-ball size—and she does well with other dogs as long as they can tolerate (or match) her big energy! I also have a resident cat, so I only accept dogs that are known to be calm, respectful, and safe around cats. I work from home so my schedule is quite flexible for the most part. My busiest times are after school when I’m running my teenagers to their various activities or engagements! But I’m sure things are very workable on a case by case basis! I have a large fenced yard and as mentioned one playful hound who loves all dogs to help, entertain and tire your dog out! I back onto an off leash area if your dog is good with recall. And I am happy to use crates, my dog is crate trained, and quite happy to sleep there at night!
