Toby can be a little sensitive and shy in new environments, but it was obvious how patient and gentle they were with her. They paid attention to her comfort, made sure she was eating and drinking well, gave her baths, followed all of our instructions carefully, brought her along for outings in the cutest backpack, and treated her with so much love and care. We could really see Toby slowly becoming more relaxed and showing her personality around them. “Andrea was excellent at looking after our 2 diabetic cats. Being diabetic they require set feeding times and insulin injections twice daily. She was able to accommodate our schedule, which was very appreciated. One of our cats can also get quite anxious when we are away, so requires attention and cuddles. Andrea was great at giving both of them this, playing with them and spending time giving them attention. We recommend Andrea for pet sitting, and will be using her services again!”

About: Ever since I was a baby I’ve spent my life around animals from small to large, domestic to farm. I have always had a deep compassion for animals. As a child I always wanted to be around and with animals wanting to grow up working with them in any way. I have 5 years of experience working on a dairy farm and have worked at a doggy daycare. In 2023 I got my first puppy as an adult. Since then I have rescued 1, and had 2 rehomed to me as well. In my free time a few days a week I volunteer at the CHS taking dogs out for the day giving them a break from the shelter, showing them what everyday life looks like. Animals are already a huge part of my everyday life, so dog walking fits very naturally into my routine. I have a flexible schedule with availability every other week from 4:30pm–10:00pm, and on alternating weeks from 7:00am–10:00pm. I enjoy getting out for walks, spending time with dogs, and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away or busy. About: Flexible, caring, fun and have owned pets our entire life. We are extremely supported by a community of veterinarian clinics, families with pets and ravine parks for walks and adventures. We have one outdoor cat who loves to visit with the kids at the playground and people walking by. She is used to animals coming into our house and comfortable with both dogs and cats. Your dogs will love being outside in our fenced backyard and open field behind our house. We often take big walks through the ravines in our community and dog parks located within our community and close by. Our kids love animals and enjoy caring for them. They are old enough to follow your animals needs and instructions and are looking forward to helping out where needed. We have experience with animal rescue services and have helped large dogs with awful histories come back to a healthy and happy life. I currently work Monday to Friday afternoon so unless you are comfortable with your animal home alone for extended hours during the week we typically only board on the weekends and long weekends where we can be home and give your animal the full attention it deserves. I am available for walking most nights. We love animals and are missing the presence of another animal in our home.
