“Jessie took great care of Bonita, she loves to play with dogs and his backyard provided the best of that. It was for a single day but I would like to book Jessie again for a good amount of time.”

He took excellent care of them for 6 days and we plan on booking him again for our next vacation. I had such peace of mind that I was able to really relax and not worry about my dogs. “It was Gunnar's first time going to Mary & Casey's house but it will certainly not be the last! He was so well cared for the week we were away. He's a big boy with lots of energy, and he absolutely loved zooming from end to end their spacious fenced-in back yard. He's also a very social dog but because of his size he can be intimidating. Mary and Casey handled him so well and he enjoyed lots of play time with other dogs. I was so happy to receive the pics and sweet videos of him playing "hide and seek" with the other dogs. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Sue is the absolute best!!! She has now watched our one year old corgi multiple times, including while we were away on vacation for 8 days. She messaged us daily with pics, videos, and updates about all of the fun they were having. I was so nervous about leaving our puppy for vacation before we found Sue, but I will never be worried about leaving him again as long as Sue is available! My dog seemed like he felt he had been on vacation too—happy to see us but a little sad his time with her was over, lol! We would give Sue more than five stars if it were possible 😊”

She eased our mind and allowed us to introduce our dog to smells prior to dropping him off. Jackie sent updates throughout the day which made us feel relieved. Jackie was super professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. Char loved his stay with Jackie and can’t wait to be back.”

“Lori and Michael are amazing!!! My wife and I were in a bind trying to find care for our anxious German Shepherd, Clyde, over the holiday weekend and Lori responded right away and jumped on a call with us. She knew exactly how to care for an anxious dog and by the time we picked him up, he seemed right at home. Lori accommodated our short notice needs, had toys ready for Clyde when he got there, sent us pictures every few hours, walked him miles a day, and loved him like her own. This couple is amazing and we will always come back to them when we are visiting Rochester in the future.”

“I have already recommended Cate and her wonderful family to many people. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention they gave to our beloved Ruthie. Our little girl was spoiled in the best way. She went on canal walks, visited grandma, and slept in beds. She got to chase squirrels up trees in a beautiful fenced-in backyard. When I met Cate and Rich, it was clear they were very well-organized, responsible, and had a deep love for dogs. Cate spent time talking to me so she knew exactly what Ruthie needed. I'm a bit of a worrywart, and Cate made me comfortable from our first meeting. She sent pictures, which was so special. We don't often leave our dog, but having Cate means that we have a whole new world open to us where we can actually go places. Thank you so much, Cate, for the care and affection you provided our Ruthie and therefore our whole family!”

“Derek and Chelsea were very accommodating for us, even working with us to adjust Louie's stay when hurricane Ian changed our vacation plans. Derek worked with Louie as we brought him there, making sure that Louie was comfortable, and to see how he interacted with other dogs. Chelsea was very helpful communicating with us. Louie seemed to enjoy himself very much, he was exercised and played with other dogs there. He's now napping in our living room. A great experience all around.
