She went above and beyond with communication throughout Charlie’s stay and when Charlie wasn’t seeming to be feeling good, she reached out to let us know and even took her to the vet for us. She was able to care for Charlie, provide her with her medication for what turned out to be a double ear infection and when I picked her up, she seemed very understanding of the medications purpose and dosing instructions. Best dog sitter we have ever had, hands down! We will definitely be contacting Victoria again for our next trip away!”

Sue was quick to respond to my request and also very considerate and understanding of my situation. Both my dog and I were comfortable with Sue, her husband and her little dog. They were welcoming and provided a safe relaxing environment for my kinda wild dog. She sent photos throughout the day. She had him for close to 12 hours. When I got him back he was happy, fed and ready for bed. I highly recommend Sue and would not hesitate to book again.”
