“We were a first time Rover user and nervous about leaving our pup. Kayti was terrific! The daily updates and pictures were greatly appreciated and kept me confident we made the right choice. We will definitely use Kayti again!”

“This was a great experience for both us and Louie. We appreciated the pictures that showed Louie outside, walking and smiling! Knowing he was doing well made us feel comfortable and worry free.”

“Would 100% recommend David! Will definitely be booking him for future stays, my puppy had such a fun time playing with the other dogs. Super knowledgeable and gave updates daily!”

“Anna is an amazing doggie host! She kept us updated with pictures and comments of our dog Rosie during our vacation. Her home and yard are very accommodating and Anna keeps her home super clean and organized which gave me a peace of mind knowing my dog wouldn’t get into anything. I could tell from pictures that Rosie was very happy. Anna gets an A+ from Rosie and our family! We would definitely chose Anna again!”
“Sophia & Travis were excellent at sending us updates of our dog while we were away and it looked like she had a great time playing with other dogs, playing fetch and splashing in the pool.”

“They gave excellent care to our dog. They went on daily walks, played lots of fetch, and provided lots of care and affection for her. They sent lots of pictures and made us confident she was being taken care of well. I’d highly recommend them!”

“Maria was lovely to work with! She’s super flexible and responsive, sends great photos, and even went above and beyond to take Zoey on walks despite having a yard! Overall great experience!”

“Derek and his family take such good care of our dogs, we have booked with him several times now. When we drop them off and they go inside his house they don't even look back at us lol. This time we booked last minute and over the 4th of July holiday weekend so it was a double whammy. We were so relieved to find out Derek was available! Thanks to Derek and his family we know our dogs have a home away from home 😊 Thanks again Derek! We'll be booking again soon.”

“Amazing, Professional, Efficient, Loving, Caring, I can go on and on. Texted, & sent photo's. Ian left no room for worry. I will definitely recommend Ian. Bekkah Juliette and I are Team Ian...”

“Dave is the best! Our Sam just loved him. He was extremely well cared for and honestly the peace of mind knowing your pup is in good hands just can’t be beat. It’s hard to leave your dog when you need to be out of town and I can assure anyone reading this review that your dog will be very well loved if Dave is taking care of them.”

“Wes was wonderful with our dog Zoey! Zoey is a senior dog and needs a bit of extra attention, and Wes and his family gave her just that! Received photos throughout her stay, would definitely recommend & use again in the future.”

“Buddy enjoyed his stay! Great fenced in yard to run and play with the other dogs. We appreciated getting pictures and updates while we were away. Buddy came home ready to nap after having so much fun! Will definitely stay again. Thank you! Carrie & Dan”

“Sadie, my sometimes excitable dog, had a great two week vacation with Sophan and her husband. She enjoyed racing around a large yard, snuggling next to them on the couch. Sophan cared for her as if she was her own dog. When I picked her up, she was very clearly happy with them and their grandchildren who were visiting. When I need a sitter again, Sadie will return to Sophan.”

“I don’t think Birdie wanted to come home! It seems like she had a great time at Lan’s house and Lan followed all care instructions to the letter. It was my first time using Rover and Lan made me feel like my gal was in great hands. Thank you!”

“Brenda and Alvin were the perfect fit our dog. We feel lucky to have found them on Rover. They are former dog owners and clearly enjoy them. The daily photo’s they sent and text updates left us at ease, able to enjoy our vacation without worry. We’ll definitely reach out again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Andover
Kayti was so warm and welcoming to our pups when they came for this first time. She sent lots of pics and videos and kept us informed on how they were adapting as this was the first time they have been left with someone other than family. Our pups loved playing with her dogs and family and fit right in. We will definitely come back and see Kayti again in the future!!

Terry and Samantha provided excellent care for our Cavapoo in their home for 4 nights. They welcomed her in as part of the family. We received updates with pictures and short notes at least twice each day. It is obvious that they love caring for dogs and treat them as their own. We will definitely use their service again!

Abigail has watched our puppy, Kevin, twice now and both times have been a great experience! She keeps us well informed & Kevin always comes home worn out from playing with the other pups (which we love)! We always feel comfortable knowing he is well taken care of & if anything bad were to happen we know we’d be contacted immediately. Can’t wait to book with Abigail again soon!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
