Derek and his family take such good care of our dogs, we have booked with him several times now. When we drop them off and they go inside his house they don't even look back at us lol. This time we booked last minute and over the 4th of July holiday weekend so it was a double whammy. We were so relieved to find out Derek was available! Jennifer was the calm understanding person that Bella needed. Bella has become anxious to be alone in her old age with hearing mostly gone and bad eyesight. Jennifer led her away from us and Bella didn’t hesitate. Jennifer sent pics and reassured us all was well. When we picked Bella up there was no wide eyes or panting.
