“Amber is very caring and truly loves animals. She tended to our dogs and even bought a couple toys for them to keep them extra happy. She was attentive and took pictures as well as took them for walks for fun. We were in a wedding and our sitter cancelled on us last minute. She helped us for a second weekend in a row and was prompt in responding to our request. She is awesome.”

About: We have owned and cared for all types of animals from great Danes to toy yorkies! We walk our dogs many times daily and give them plenty of exercise. This has been a passion of ours for over 30 years. We currently work from home and foster special needs individuals so we are usually home most of the day. The animals are cared for by the whole family and gets lots of love and attention in our home. I have 2 fenced in yards. One with fake grass because I do have a client with a dog sensitive to grass! The other with grass. I do have a dog in home that is currently being trained as a service dog!

She worked with us to set up a meet & greet prior to us leaving town; we’ve never left Finn for this long before so I was incredibly anxious leading up to our trip but she immediately put my mind at ease as soon as we met. While we were away, she sent tons of pictures and videos along with updates on how Finn was doing, she was extremely easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond, she also worked around Finn’s schedule as he can sometimes get separation anxiety which I so appreciated. She did absolutely everything we asked and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Brian stay with Finn again; he absolutely loved her!!”

We just adopted our girl, Miso, ~3months ago and had been worried about traveling and being away from her for the first time. We were still learning about her, her triggers, what she enjoys, creating a routine, etc and had anxiety about leaving her. Lisa came over to our home twice before the sit to meet our Miso, and let her get comfortable with her. *note: Miso is a lovebug goofball but can sometimes have stranger danger. Lisa was calm, compassionate, and just has this way about her that was instantly warm to both us and Miso. She's the kind of person you feel like you've known a while. We received daily videos and pictures which showed how happy & content Miso was while we were away. Lisa just gets it- she understands dog psychology and has this wonderful calming presence which allowed us to not only not worry about being away from Miso, but also truly relax & enjoy our vacation. Bonus- we came home to clean sheets and towels! :)”
