“Sarah was absolutely amazing and saved our trip to Disneyland! She met our dog at our hotel and immediately displayed calm and confidence. Our dog, Buckley, has never stayed with anyone outside our family before, so we were a bit apprehensive. However, Sarah instantly put Buckley at ease by getting down on his level and calming him (and us) with her gentle demeanor. Throughout his stay with Sarah, she kept us updated with photos and videos, which really helped ease our minds. Thanks to Sarah, we spent a memorable, worry-free day at Disneyland, knowing our pup was in excellent hands. Not to mention a 10:30 pm drop off back at our hotel which is amazing over the top customer service! This was the most incredible experience for our family and Buckley. “I’ve known Nathan for over 5 years, he’s always been a dog person and always has his dog (Ari) right by his side. He enjoys bringing Ari on long walks, road trips, and even to the beach. When there’s an opportunity for him to hang out with other peoples pets or for them to hang out with Ari, he gets excited for Ari since it’s like taking his kid on a play date for him. Hard to recommend someone better for the job.”

“Aaliyah accepted a last minute request to provide doggy day care for my dog, Olive. She took the time to meet him prior to accepting the job to ensure a good fit. Aaliyah provided wonderful care and attention to Olive, which included providing regular eye drops to prevent eye build-up. While in her care, Aaliyah mentioned that another dog in her care was reactive with Olive. She was communicative with this and gave us peace of mind by assuring us that she had separated the dogs in different rooms, just in case. We would love to have Aaliyah watch Olive again in the future!”

“Patricia is absolutely fantastic! She was a true life saver when we got our puppy, not realizing how young the puppy was and that it couldn't be created yet while we were at work. She understood that the puppy would take more attention and care than some of her other clients and Patricia was very committed to giving our pup what she needed. She also gave us some great tips for first time puppy owners. Another great thing is her scheduling for drop off and pick up is very flexible. We continue to use her although our girl is spending more time at home. We appreciate her very much.”

Communication was perfect as needed, and she made sure to double check for allergies when I dropped him off, which I appreciated.
