“It was such a great comfort to know that my dog was well taken care of while my family and I were away for a week. Bydette and her family were great. This was the first time that my dog had been away from us for more than a day since we first brought her home and we couldn't be happier about the experience. The daily videos showing a happy pup were something we looked forward to each day and put us at ease. We highly recommend this family!”

“Brutus is my 7 year old Pit Terrier rescue . To fully encapsulate the experience he had staying with Jaclyn, I will need to describe Brutus a bit more. Brutus is very people centric. He not only requires constant attention and affection, he almost demands it. He is extremely kind and loving and often misunderstood by his appearance. He can be extremely stubborn, as is common with pits. I brought Brutus to Jaclyn for an introduction... It went very well. I then decided to leave Brutus for a few days as I traveled. It is also important to know that Brutus just came out of ear surgery, so at that time he required some medical attention, as well as extra care. The surgery and the medication, and the care weren't a problem for Jaclyn. Brutus and his stubbornness, was not a problem for Jaclyn . Brutus being afraid of thunderstorms, and his need for constant affection... also not a problem for Jaclyn . Jaclyn did an exceptional job of taking care of Brutus, showing him love and affection, and it showed when I picked him up. I received frequent updates and photos on his condition and care. Jaclyn was also extremely flexible with my change in travel, and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her and her husband. After trying many other options for Brutus ... I can definitively say I have found Brutus his permanent caregiver. My family and I are extremely appreciative for the love, care, and attention Jaclyn and her husband have given to Brutus. Thank you so much and we will see you soon!”

She sent videos daily of their many walks and belly rubs and I felt content that my dog was really being loved and cared for while we were away. She went out of her way to set up her home to maximize the pets comfort and safety and I appreciated that. Most importantly, Winnie seemed to really enjoy her time there. “Digdem was amazing when it came to Chewie! I was stressed trying to find someone in the area after just moving for a wedding and I am so glad I found her! Communication was prompt and after an initial meeting, I knew Chewie would be safe and well taken care of. Digdem is sweet and professional. Throughout the boarding, Digdem sent me pictures of my furbaby and updated me regularly on how things were. She even dropped by my house to make sure my cat was doing OK and that his food&water bowls were full. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area who wants to make sure their furbabies are safe, spoiled, and treated as of part of the family!
