“Once again Mrs Tracy has been great watching our fur baby while we go on vacay! Kept us up to date sent pictures and she is a very caring person . Treats my fur baby like her own! My baby was scared of the storms and Mrs Tracy didn’t bat an eye she made her feel comfortable and safe. Never disappoints!”

“Vickie was absolutely the best sitter we've ever had. We boarded two dogs for over a week, one of whom needed extra care, and she was so flexible around our schedule. From pictures & video she sent, they obviously had a wonderful time, and they came home smelling great, with fresh breath and blankets. I especially was grateful for Vickie's quick communication and commitment to personal attention for her boarders, lots of playtime and cuddles, while still enforcing training we'd done, like not throwing a ball for our Golden until she stopped jumping for it. She also has safety measures like feeding and sleeping in the spacious kennels she provides - all we had to bring was food, toys, and meds. Our Beagle had unexpectedly hurt one of his nails before we were scheduled to leave, and Vickie monitored his injury, washed his paw as necessary, gave meds, made sure he wore his cone and protective socks, and gave frequent text and picture updates on the situation. Next time we take a trip, our dogs are headed to Vickie's house!”

“Jamie was absolutely AMAZING!! I seriously couldn’t be any more satisfied with the love and care provided for my little nugget Draco. The communication was superb and the updates were consistent without being overwhelming. I loved the photos that kept me assured that he was not only okay, but also very happy and enjoying himself. To be quite honest, Draco was actually more sad when he got home that he had to leave his new friends, Diesel and Benny, than he was excited to be back home with us!! Everything was just amazing. “Ngan was great, from the day we began communicating with her and through the initial visit. We started with a test run as we have a dog who has high anxiety due to abuse prior to us adopting her. Ngan did fantastically and our little anxious dog thrived. Unfortunately our other dog is a yapper and was way to excited about a chicken. We hope in future visits that our other little guy will get use to the chicken. Look forward to booking our next visit!”

“If I could give a 1,000 stars I would ! For the past 6 months I have been looking for an alternative to boarding; I completely trust the boarding places with my dogs. Ideally, I wanted my dogs to stay at someone’s house who would give the same level of care as the boarding facilities we use. Never imagined I would find that special person. I needed someone that I connected with, to give me peace of mind, someone who I felt would love and care for my dogs like we do, so that I would not have to worry about them - in this case, we were in Europe for 2 weeks. When I first met Mychelle I knew she was the ONE! Her husband Joe is amazing as well! My dogs mean the world to me - finding the perfect person wasn’t easy. It was coming down to weeks before we were leaving. I still had my reservations at the boarding facilities because I could not find anyone who would exceed my expectations. It was a miracle that I found Mychelle, I had my list of the IDEAL sitter for my dogs. I wanted to have communication while I was gone, texts, and pictures. Without fail Mychelle sent me tons of photos and videos everyday. To me, she is like a professional dog photographer. While I was gone we chatted back and forth over texts, we even spoke a couple of times, she always put me at ease. It is sweltering hot in the summer in Dallas, and even still she took our dogs for walks very early in the morning and/or later in the evening. Our dogs walk at least once a day between 30 and 60 minutes, it is essential that my older dog not sit around all day. He lives for his walks! Our dogs felt completely at home, my senior dog loved to sleep on her dog’s bed. Imagine that, Mychelle and her fur babies gave up their own bed - who has yet to like any dog bed. Mychelle is a professional, she has a calm and reassuring voice, she is transparent, she knows dogs and their emotions. She was very in tune with our dogs… absolutely indebted to Mychelle and Joe. My dogs love her! We adore her, and cannot imagine anyone else caring for our dogs!”
