“We had a fabulous first experience boarding our dog, Ranger, with Ken and Sam. They encouraged a meet and greet and we were able to see first hand that their house and especially their backyard were set up with dogs in mind. After we dropped Ranger off for boarding, I immediately began to receive regular pictures and videos of Ranger, giving me a lot of peace of mind that he was safe and happy. I love that they matched Ranger up with a friend during his play sessions. I even noticed that towards the end of the trip Ranger seemed to be worn out (in a good way) so they switched his buddies up and paired him with less rambunctious dogs to match his energy. It really made me feel like Ken and Sam were looking out for Ranger exactly how I would if I was there. Ranger came home to us happy and healthy. This may also be a weird thing to notice but he and all of his stuff also came back smelling "normal" (not like urine and not like he was freshly bathed to cover anything up) which indicates to me that he was in a clean and well-kept environment even though Ken and Sam board multiple dogs at once. These details make me feel confident trusting Ken and Sam. Ranger is looking forward to visiting again and I have no reservations about recommending their care.”

“Shanece was a life saver!! Accepted my booking on short notice and was extremely kind and helpful when I brought my two kitties over. She has a clean, spacious area perfect for petsitting and her kids are lovely. Any updates I asked for were responded to promptly and I never felt like my cats were unsafe with her. They actually caused some minor damage to a piece of furniture and she was very understanding about it. I will definitely be booking her in the future and I highly recommend!!”
