“Sophie was great. She took my appointment on short notice after vet had a case of kennel cough and wanted to cancel boarding 3 days before a long trip. Sophie was able to fit us in and was very flexible in setting up a meet and greet. She sent us daily updates with pictures to let us know what a great time our pup was having with her dogs and kids.
