Desi was quick to respond to our request (as I booked the day before) and made our first doggy day care experience very easy! She sent numerous pictures of our dogs while they were under her care. When I picked them up they were just as happy as they were when we dropped them off. Thank you so much Desi for taking care of our babies! We will be sure to reach out again when we are in town!”

About: I know how nerve-wracking it can be leaving your precious fur baby. But, you can rest assured that your baby will be in good hands with me. I have 40 years of experience in house training and basic commands. We have a large fenced in yard for potty breaks, exercise, and play time. I will provide photos and daily updates. I can administer medication if needed. Can't wait to meet your sweet baby and spoil them while you're away! We are finally retired and have all the time in the world to spend with your baby ; walking, cuddling, training, and just goofing around. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pet company. Your pet will never be left alone while outside. I can isolate your dog if needed, crate them. Also, I proved a collar with tags that have my information on them for the duration of their stay.
10. Chelsey P.
“I was visiting Wilkesboro on a business trip from FL and did not know a soul there. Because it is a small town, there are not currently any large doggie daycare centers like I am accustomed to back at home. I turned to Rover and discovered Chelsey only a few miles from my hotel. We spoke on the phone prior to my booking and I felt comfortable leaving my precious red moyen poodle puppy Ritz with her for the day I was busy working. She sent pupdates in the form of texts and photos throughout the day to assure me that my dog was safe and happy. When I picked him up, she praised his leash walking and said she wishes we lived closer because she’d love to watch him again. If we lived closer, I would use her services again. Ritz seemed very happy with Chelsey because when I picked him up, he didn’t race over to me like he’d normally do. He was happy being close to Chelsey. Most importantly, Chelsey asks dog parents how they want their dogs cared for and she follows those instructions. She is more than happy to snuggle with your dog if your dog prefers human interaction over playing with her dogs and the other pups in her care. When one of her school age children returned home in the afternoon, she told me he and Ritz really hit it off and had a blast playing.”

I highly recommend her!”

14. Deborah T.
About: My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I have been a dog sitter and have been boarding dogs for 3+ years. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "fur baby". I grew up with a household of furry friends! I currently work from home so I am able to dedicate quality time for the care of your pet. I am available Mon-Friday as well as weekends. I have an electric fence for my pup but when I pet sit, no pup goes out without supervision and on a leash. I allow pets to be comfortable in my home too but if you need them crated, I can accommodate that too.
15. Laura P.
“Laura, has been the person who keeps my cats, when I need to leave them. I know that they become her kitties, once again, while they are there. (She was the foster mother for them, before I adopted them). I never worry about leaving them with her; I know they will be well taken care of and loved on. They usually even sleep with her. She even sends me pictures and updates while they are with her. I would highly recommend her!”
16. Michelle E.
“Michelle was great with Frank! He seemed to have a great time and got along with her dog.”
17. Destiny W.
“Destiny lives down the street from me and she watches my dog luna while I’m out of town or working a long shift. Luna absolutely loves her and she is great with her. She doesn’t just come and let her outside and feed her but she spends time playing with her and showing her some love while I’m not there. Destiny is very dependable and trustworthy. When I go out of town she will even stay the night at my house to make luna feel more comfortable. She is such a sweet animal lover.”
18. Hannah S.
“Hannah always takes excellent care of all of our fur babies. They absolutely love her! She is very conscientious, always timely, very detail oriented, and puts our pups' needs first.”
