To begin with, Melissa is a very nice and personable person. She is solid and dependable. Melissa sent us photos on a regular basis and the photos showed stress-free, relaxed pups doing their usual activities. We are so pleased to find Melissa because our pups mean everything to us. We hate leaving them in the first place, so it's nice to know they are safe with a responsible person who also treats them like pets. This way, we can enjoy our time away from them and not worry. “Jillian is now on my favorites list! She was so good to Levi and taught him a few things, as well. She sent me photos of him EVERY day and checked in often. I couldn't be more pleased. Very reliable, goes above and beyond. She has excellent skills and focuses on a pet knowing that your pet is one of the most important member of the family. She follows directions well. She also is not afraid to ask questions if she forgets a detail. No problem questions. I enjoyed my time away with no worries about my baby boy, Levi. She is very motivated and ambitious. Very self-disciplined, but yet, cared for my Levi as though he was part of her dog family. I cannot go on enough about Jillian. I recommend her 100%. The only problem is....I hope she is available next time I need her.”

We’ve never felt so at ease with our fur babies in the hands of another. August sent more picture and video updates than we could have ever asked for, and even sent a daily summary video compilation (wow!!!). They responded lightning fast to every message. They asked all the right questions during the meet n greet and clearly paid attention to every last detail of our answers. It was evident that our babies were not only cared for, they were LOVED ❤️ August was even able to extend our last day when we unexpectedly wouldn’t arrive home on time, and offered to do an additional check in on top of that. And they washed the guest bedding for us! And brought in our trash can! And even left little crocheted parting gifts 🥹 We don’t have a single box that wasn’t checked. For real - AUGUST IS THE BEST 💖💖💖”

Lynn was respectful of our home/property and did not leave any mess or garbage anywhere. Bonus -- the cats seemed to have warmed up to her very quickly, which is both strange (they don't like new people) and wonderful! We would book with her again on out next out of town trip.”
