“This was our first time boarding our 2.5 year old pandemic puppy. Shadow had never been away from both of us for more then a few hours and we were going to be out of the country for a few days! But Sam and Roberto are as flexible, calm, and most importantly as loving as they say they are if not more. Sam and Roberto loved on Shadow so much with snuggles and playtime. We received many pics 3-4 times a day, Sam seems to know just when you might be missing your dog, which I guess for us was a lot haha. Communication about food, bathroom, general adjustment was clear and frequent. Highly recommend. When we go away again we will use their services, peace of mind knowing we have them!”

“Lauryn and Hunter were wonderful. My dog has multiple health issues and has trouble getting around. They were very knowledgeable and understanding with her. She even got to socialize with other well-behaved dogs which has been hard during the pandemic. They sent pictures every day and when I picked her up, she seemed well cared for.”

Communication with Caitlyn was easy and throughout the stay I got numerous updates/pictures on the daily adventures Jameson went on. I really appreciated that Caitlyn treated Jameson as her own and made sure he felt at home. She also included a couple of treats and a ball (Jameson might have stolen it) with a nice note in his return package home.
