Liz was extremely accommodating when our flight got delayed and allowed us to pick up Shorti later than expected. She also offered to keep Shorti an extra night, due to flight delays.”

We can tell in photos if our girl is miserable and have had to cut a vacation short because of this but with Wendy, Bella was relaxed and happy and it showed.
