He takes care of my elderly cats by administering oral and injectable medications and he never struggles with it and always has my cat’s comfort in mind. Eric was great about providing updates, making sure our pup got to use the bathroom, feed her lunch, and general puppy care. I accidentally gave Eric a set of keys that did not work, and realizing this was a challenging situation, Eric resolved the issue with the help of our building super, and was able to tend to our puppy. The keys not working was my fault, but Eric went above and beyond to make sure that our dog was still taken care of. We would definitely recommend Eric and look forward to using Eric for our dog walking needs again in the future!”
