“Valerie is absolutely the best! To start, she took my booking with very little notice, and even came to my apartment in the busiest part of the city, just to meet Zeus before his stay. We went for a walk and she answered all my questions. She welcomed Zeus into her home as if he were her own - sent me daily pictures and videos, always answered any questions I had, and responds immediately. She bathed him (more than once!), cleaned his ears, played all day with him, and kept him happy for the whole week. She even celebrated his first birthday with him! This was my first time using dogvacay.com and I could not be happier. She accommodated us in every way possible - she took in our Lab when the our sitter had to cancel at less than a day’s notice, use of her refrigerator to store fresh food (chicken etc) that we feed our Lab. Lisa kept us abreast every day, sending us messages, pics and videos of our dog. She was always prompt in responding whenever we asked any question. She was loving and caring to our dog - we would wholeheartedly recommend her taking care of your dog”
