“Julie took my drop in request last minute even though she usually likes a few days in advance for certain bookings without hesitation. She was very receptive and professional when it came to the whole process. We didn't do a meet and greet due to time constraint but she trusted the info given was enough to follow through anyways and didn't steer her away from taking care of my dogs needs. Julie went above and beyond by sending pictures and keeping the status of all requests updated right on time.
