There was one day where my partners's family pet, Bobo, needed a sitter relatively last minute and we had a very limited amount of time to conduct a meet and greet. Despite our rigid limitations on our end, Michael was incredibly flexible and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. When we did the meet and greet, Michael was so friendly and warm, I felt so at ease and safe with him and Bobo felt the same.
