8. Paige S.
About: Growing up I always had a love for animals, as I grew my passion became dogs (although cats are a close second). In middle school I was the neighborhood dog sitter, at a young age I had the respect and responsibility needed to care for all breeds and ages of dogs. In high school I began my journey with agility wherein I trained and competed with my own dog (an amazing Australian Shepherd) alongside some of the top agility trainers in the state. My dream to teach others the wonderful sport of agility became reality in college when I was asked to lead many summer camps and classes for children and their four-legged friends where they learned the basics of dog handling and agility at Carden Kennels. My love for dogs (and all animals) flourished into countless hours spent volunteering at the Bangor Humane Society, working for Bear Brook Kennel, and has lead me to my dream job at Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic where I currently work and have been for 2 years. I have my own 3 year old beagle and 1 year old treeing walker/beagle mix. I also own 4 rescue cats (ages 10, 6, 5 and 3) and a rescued bearded dragon (aged 5). I’m currently employed in veterinary medicine with a flexible work schedule, I have open availability which allows me to accommodate yours and your pets needs. I am very familiar with all types of harnesses, collars, and leashes which will allow you the peace of mind that your dog is being handled/walked safely. I am comfortable with special requests when it comes to feedings/diets. I also have no issues crating and ensuring that your dog is safely secured back in your home after our walks/play time.
9. Amber L.
“Amber has been a godsend! She understands the needs of our complicated elder-dogs, and they love her! She is respectful of our wishes, and always leaves our home cleaner than we left it. Amber is personable, with a great sense of humor; a plus in my book. She also took care of our chickens, rabbit and tortoise with great ease!”
10. Anne M.
“Anne is wonderful and very considerate of the animals needs and the owners desires”

About: Hello! I grew up on a farm, and I’m currently living in an apartment with my three cats while I finish grad school, and it would be my pleasure to help you out with your animals! Big or small :) I am working part time, and I’m in school full time pursuing my masters in clinical mental health counseling, but let’s set up a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure we’re both a good fit for each other :) I often joke and I say I have the privilege of living with my cats, they’re are pride and joy, and we’re looking forward to when we can share our home with dogs when we move in the future.
12. Taylor H.
“Taylor was great with my dog Leo!”
13. Conroy L.
About: Hi there! My name is Conroy and I am excited to be a part of the Rover community where I can share my love for dogs with others. I have always been a dog lover, and there is nothing I enjoy more than spending time with these amazing creatures. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I am comfortable handling multiple dogs at once. When I walk dogs, I am dedicated to ensuring their safety and well-being at all times, while also ensuring your pup is engaged during our walk and we're having fun! I am also happy to cater my walks to your dog's specific needs, whether it's a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk to burn off some energy. Aside from dog walking, I enjoy spending my free time crafting, playing with my 3 pups and exploring our new city. I am a responsible and trustworthy individual who is committed to providing the best care possible for your furry friend. I can't wait to meet you and your pup! I am currently available for hour walks during my lunch break. However, I do work remotely so I can be flexible on a time that works best for you! One of my pups has resource guarding/aggression issues, so I am very educated on dealing with dogs who may need a little more space/one on one time.
14. Samantha B.
“I have known Samantha for more than 8 years. She has taken care of my children, and taken care of my family pets for me multiple times over the last 5 years. She is extremely responsible and caring when it comes to taking care of your pets in or outside your home. I could leave my animals in the comfort of my own home knowing they were being cared for and loved. Many times she would text me pictures and updates during our travel time. My dog had severe allergies and needed medication on a daily basis and had strict dietary needs. Samantha was extremely reliable to take care of my pets needs. I would highly recommend Samantha to take care of your family pets. Knowing your animals are in the comfort of there own home with a reliable and loving care taker, puts your mind at ease.”
15. Heidi V.
