“Marie was wonderful with Luna, our 5 month-old Westie puppy, who spent the last 6 days with her. Luna wasn't just boarded, nor do I think she was ever bored. Marie took her on long walks and, in the process, taught her how to stay focused on the walking, rather than on every stick, bug, squirrel, car, etc., that came within eyesight. Marie also sent multiple pictures daily as well as reports on how Luna was doing. I would recommend Marie in a heartbeat, and plan to continue boarding Luna with her whenever my wife and I need to go out of town.”

“Penny had such a good time with Elliot and Dominique! We were and they were perfect for Penny. We were a bit apprehensive, since this was the first time we had left our 8-month-old puppy at someone else's house, but we were impressed with their set-up when they invited us to check them out, and they were perfect for Penny! We got an update and pictures on Rover every day (they even realized that she'd never seen snow before and sent a photo of her the day Rochester got its first snow of the year). All-in-all a great experience and we have already booked another stay!”

My wife and I were in a bind trying to find care for our anxious German Shepherd, Clyde, over the holiday weekend and Lori responded right away and jumped on a call with us. She knew exactly how to care for an anxious dog and by the time we picked him up, he seemed right at home. Lori accommodated our short notice needs, had toys ready for Clyde when he got there, sent us pictures every few hours, walked him miles a day, and loved him like her own. This couple is amazing and we will always come back to them when we are visiting Rochester in the future.”

Our little girl was spoiled in the best way. She went on canal walks, visited grandma, and slept in beds. She got to chase squirrels up trees in a beautiful fenced-in backyard. When I met Cate and Rich, it was clear they were very well-organized, responsible, and had a deep love for dogs. Cate spent time talking to me so she knew exactly what Ruthie needed. I'm a bit of a worrywart, and Cate made me comfortable from our first meeting. She sent pictures, which was so special. We don't often leave our dog, but having Cate means that we have a whole new world open to us where we can actually go places. “Tetiana and her family were very attentive, caring and loving towards Ace. He enjoyed playing with their little dog and they became friends during his stay. They even accommodated a extra night because of a family complication. We would definitely consider having Ace stay with them again or refiring other people to Tetiana!”
