He is extremely well versed, knowledgeable and takes the time necessary for each dog, more so than any boarding/daycare place I have experienced. My dog is very high energy and has a lot of anxiety. He did so well for his drop in and his day with Paul and the pack. So glad to have him taking care of Merritt! His love and passion for what he does definitely shows!”

“I cannot thank Michael enough for going above and beyond today for taking simba literally 6 days after surgery, keeping a close eye on him, and watching him for me so that I could too work on the holiday. He accommodated my hours, and was kind enough to spend this family holiday not only with his family but including simba as one of his own family. I can honestly say I was at ease today with Michael watching simba today and was able to focus on my work.. thank you the continued reassurance throughout the day letting me know simba was ok and the many pictures and videos I rec’d!!!! They bring her for walks, to swim and play with her all day. The best part of all is just as I'm starting to miss my baby and wonder what she is up to, Mallory will send me a picture, update and/or video. Her timing is perfect; I think she knows exactly when I need the pick up!”
