“TL:DR: Lisa was amazing! From the moment we contacted her on Rover to see her availability to her constant communication during our pup's stay with her, she was wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. We cannot recommend her enough. We were looking for a sitter during the holidays since my partner and I were going out of town for a few weeks and since our pup is a bit too excited and doesn't really sleep when he goes to bigger places for a long period of time (DogTown, PetSpot, etc) we wanted someone who not only had a few dogs so our pup could socialize, but could have time off and rest when needed all while in constant care of a person who loves animals. We contacted Lisa via Rover and within minutes she responded, signaling to us how responsive she would be once our pup was in her care. We mentioned some of our concerns regarding our dog and to reassure us, she told us to do a meet and greet at a nearby park. The moment we met her we instantly felt comfortable with how she not only handled her own dog but our dog as well. She did a demonstration and taught our dog how to walk on a leash better (we'll be booking walks with her in the near future!) it's as if she was the dog whisperer. Once you interact with her you can tell how much she cares about other animals, and her knowledge. Right before our trip (morning of), we found our dog would need a bit more special care. We were slightly concerned about it. However, once we contacted Lisa to make sure it was still ok, she reassured us and told us she has dealt with so many situations like this before. Her house has multiple spaces where dogs can be isolated if needed BUT can still get all the love and attention they need. For instance, our dog was having trouble sleeping in the new environment. In that situation, Lisa actually slept in the same room as our pup to comfort him and he slept through the night with no issues. This is one of many examples as to the dedication she gives to a pet; especially during the busy holiday season. Furthermore, throughout our pup stay, Lisa updated us every day as to how he was doing and the activities they were doing together. As pet-parents we were so happy with her service and cannot recommend her enough.”

Perfect companion for King while being away from home. We enjoyed the daily updates on how King was doing and this allowed us to enjoy our time away. King came home to us healthy and happy. The comfort of her home and massive fenced in yard was a highlight. We’ve already rebooked for our next trip!”
