“From start to finish, Natalie was everything I could have asked for in a Rover sitter! I have a very nervous rescue dog and Natalie went out of her way to help her feel as comfortable as possible. I also made a scheduling error and at the last minute needed to drop off my dog a day early. Natalie was so flexible and made it happen. Natalie sent pictures and even videos of my dog happily snuggling and playing with other dogs. I felt great about leaving my dog with Natalie. I'd absolutely use her again!”

“It was so easy to connect with Sarah to communicate my wishes for my pooch! And she didn't seem to mind at all that this was the first time I had spent this much time (10 days) without my dog so I kind of bugged her for pictures. Everything went so well...from drop off to pick up and in-between. Sarah sent daily pictures and gave me updates on how my dog was adjusting. I have a fearful puppy mill rescue that I was hesitant about leaving...Sarah and Joe have dealt with these fearful dogs and give them the space they need to feel comfortable. So appreciated that!!
