About: I've been pet boarding since 2019 and have cared for hundreds of dogs and cats. I'm certified in dog and cat first aid, and am non-profit (during the Pandemic, I offered free pet boarding for first responders and teachers). I don't cage or kennel animals -- as long as they're friendly, they are free to explore and play, and get 2-3 outdoor playtimes a day. I wake up, feed and play with pets, and then do a noon playtime. I do dog walks at 3:00 (except for summer, when walks are at 7:00) and evening feeding and playtimes at 6:00 pm. Small dogs are kept in the house, where they are free to wander and explore, but are usually near me. Large dogs are kept outside in an air conditioned and heated dog shed area with doggy door access to a fenced off play area with lots of shade.

“Erica has cared for our dogs, cats, horses, and chickens many times over a number of years. She is very dependable and really relates with the animals, they love her. Her knowledge about pets is impressive. She has successfully fostered and found homes for several dogs from the local animal shelter. She is good at taking care of problems that arise on her own when appropriate but is careful not to do anything we wouldn't do. As a bonus she is an excellent human being to know and to deal with.”
